I was a kid listening to Staind in the late 90s-early 2000s….im 36 now and to listen to new Staind music….im beyond grateful. Still alive, healthy and free and to enjoy little moments like this is awesome.

There's something so bittersweet about seeing Aaron (and the band) having aged and still be able to pull us in with all this raw emotion in his voice it literally gives you Goosebumps. Sometimes we forget we're all getting older.
Unfortunately he’s struggling to put on a good show playing anything that involves screaming, I love their music, but when you go see them now all he does is push his opinions on trump and that’s just not what we pay for. We pay for a good show minus opinions. Still love their music. Cut the opinion rants out though

Its crazy to think years later, and older they still keep their unique song. This song hits hard. I feel all that is explained through the song.
Staind is much more than a sentimental pleasure to my ears...they remind me of feeling hope again, the kind I feared was extinguished from my life and soul for good.

What a great new Staind song. I remember when Break the Cycle cd came out i listened to it quite a bit as a teenager and it got me through some tough times even as an adult. Stainds music gives me hope for a better life.

It made me wonder, “Who IS this other guy?” When I asked my my best friend Ben if he knew who the singer, “Aaron Lewis,” was he responded by handing me, “14 Shades of Gray.”
To this day I’ve got, “Tormented,” “The Illusion of Progress,” and, “Self Titled,” suspended up on my bedroom wall. That little display I made has gone up everywhere I’ve moved to.
He’s been doing metal since 1997. Then did country for awhile. Now doing more Staind stuff.

Why has '4 Walls' been erased from Staind History. Its never spoken of, sang or performed. I get that it was before Staind became famous but its the single greatest song to never see the light of day.

I am speechless. Just hearing this, understanding that this is the first time I'm hearing something brand new after 12 years, oh my god... You guys were my number one band through the darkest times of my life, I grew up listening to your music and it helped me a lot. I even have "Falling Down" and "Blow Away" uploaded on my channel from way back in 2010 and those songs still resonate with me. I am so happy and omg this is such a nice throwback and it sounds absolutely amazing!! Right when I needed this kind of music in my life again, to breathe in something new like this is just epic.

Yes it is a great album! The first song I ever heard was Mudshovel and loved their sound, then once I became a fan my friends Brad and Vince (Identical twins) said you have to listen to Tormented! So they gave me the CD on the bus ride to school.
