My neighbor here in the Ibiza hills, a wealthy Belgian man in his late 40s, married with children, seemingly had it all, yet he just offed himself. He drove nice cars and enjoyed personal and financial freedom, but the self-talk he engaged in was detrimental. I am still in shock. Watch how you talk to yourselves, brothers and sisters. This is proof that money and riches won’t fill the void a life without God can create. This is why I encourage everyone to come to Christ now. He brought me out of those same dark depths, and now, I talk to Him, and He filters my negative self-talk into thoughts of empowerment. ✝️
A video about anger and resentment toward the privileged would be appreciated.
I can’t tell you how well timing this was, I just put a rubber band on my write this morning before watching this so that way anytime I say something negative or judgmental in my head I snap the band on my wrist haha. God is good🙏
Imagine another rubber band on your other wrist and every time you say something positive or loving in your head give yourself a thumbs up or a hug or a pat on the back.
