Who else re-listens to the songs after watching these and listens for the beats and sounds you hadn’t noticed before?
I'm yet to find the brass in all of Tay Keith's beats.
Yea I did it for drowning, bunch of stuff I didn’t notice

99% Producers: simplicity is the key
This guy: Lets layer this sound with theese layered sounds. There is no limit to how many percussive sound you use.
LMAO
R. A. M. Z. BEATS Both can work if done right
@@artemy8450 💯
This was a more afrobeat dancehall type beat. Trap producers nowadays are just bland as fuck with producers putting out as much simple garbage out as possible. Afrobeat is completely different with more character and is a lot harder to make. Percussion isn’t really something you need to put a limit on tho, I have beats with fucking 20 layers of just small percussive elements to add to the vibe.
Yari I just think of everything like I’ve got people playing instruments. Marching bands have loads of people in them and more drums than anything else haha
R. A. M. Z. BEATS what are you doing here bro?? 😃
Make a series where rappers react to their type beats
Oliver Berthelsen smart ass idea
That would be boring as hell if they just listen to some beats
Maybe they freestyle to the beat they like or something like dat i dunno
You make it
They already have that series in UK rap it’s really interesting
Oliver Berthelsen that needs to happen ong
RIP Juice. One talented individual. Rest easy.
Rip gone too soon
Хз что ты говоришь, но rip Juice. Juice Wrld лучший, not bat, good
No one:
Juice WRLD: I freestyled my whole album
Xxx too lmao
Bro that's mad! Why won't you wanna brag about that? 😂🔥
Most artists record with that freestyling method lol
And lil Uzi, carti, splurge, rich the kid, pretty much everybody
He also freestyle a whole bottle of pills 🤣
Always hyped when a Genius Deconstructed video comes out! ✌
🔥
Same bro!!!!!!
Respect to beat makers like this guy because i don’t know wtf he’s talking about.
hahahahahahahaha
😂😂
Obstine that makes me feel good about my producing because this all makes sense to me
@@bigboilover6936 fax bro
Once you start making beats it's actually really simple
Purps: How many sounds u want?
Juice WRLD: Yes
This the most advanced deconstructed video yet, usually they be like "see the secret is to leave it simple and let the artists fill it in"
Alesso’s was more complex, even the despacito deconstructed was too. This song fire still
Look at Kid Cudi's Pursuit of Happiness with Ratatat. By far the most complex on here.

This Is My Favorite Song Off Juice Wrld's Record.. The Caribbean/afrobeat Vibe Is Too Nice..
Vin Jay Ace I’m from the Caribbean and that ain’t no Caribbean beat 💀💀💀💀🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Lol... Since It Has No Caribbean & afrobeat Elements In It Then Ya'll Tell Me What It Is Since You Seem To Know alot
@JayPrince Quick Question. Do You Know The Difference Between Dancehall & Afrobeats?
you guys are racking ur brains up for no reason.Go and listen to the afrobeat and reggae pionners from the 60s and 70s(not wizkid, yemi alade or what ever mainstream arts) and you'll understand the differencies
@@devendraajodha GT here and you know damn well this is a caribbean beat picked up on it as soon as I heard it
4:06 that melody is so creative and pretty. Big respect to Purps.
Purp The Most Experimental Off 808 mafia
Majin no cap
Yeah basically the only one who leaves the trap genre
SleepyAK lex tried to do that first back in 2011 . That’s why he parted ways with sizzle but stayed trap anyways lmao
Lex is still experimental lol. Look up the beats he made on Maschine 👌🏼.

straight middle finger to everyone saying "you should keep it simple and only use 4 to 6 sounds" 😂
Fuck em 😂
He used 14 tracks total so it is still simple more complex but simple
Trap doesn't require a lot of sounds, but afro beats u can use10 percussive sounds and u still feel the need to add more
well who alawys makes a trap beat etime what he would know about afrobeat lol plus it doesnt matter it sounds amazing
Even though youre gone we can still hear you calling
R.I.P bro 🙏🏾🙏🏾😭
One of the most underrated in 808 Mafia, practically the rockstar in the whole group
That “cool little saxophone thing” 3:40 is what makes me love this song
How do u get it tho I want to use it
Sm lol
I still shed a tear when I hear my dawgs music..🖤
The more I watch these type of videos I realize
It’s best to make music out of your own taste. Don’t matter if it’s drill hip hop Memphis or whatever that you wanna mimic eventually you’ll find your own sound
These r hands down the most interesting genius vids 🙌
Still miss this man every damn day... won’t stop missing him
Regardless if you did or did not like DRFL, you can’t deny the Juice Wrld does not suffer from the sophomore slump like many artists do
Yeah man. Pump had that sophomore slump. Harverd Dropout was a FLOP only 41k sales first week.

Probably my favourite beat out of Juice's album Death Race For Love. Genius has dropped the ball again with another great vid. 🙌
Shit has a completely different vibe now, rip the legend 🖤🖤
Rest in peace another yung legend.
When u know what to add, you can make it a hundred layers. Simplicity isn't always the key
Can we get a deconstructed of "Moonlight" by XXXTentacion.

Such a great fucking beat. Purp is a genius- no pun intended.
It’s a shame that this video has way less views than the Nick Mira deconstructed Juice songs
There is something about Genius Deconstructed that excites me...❤
That guitar island melody is so cool, and the effects make it rly unique
Watching these breakdowns really inspire me. One day maybe I’ll have one of my own beat breakdowns on Genius!

Nah you won’t
The Producer is very good and explains very well, being a guitarist is the key that's what gives you the rhythm WELL Put together!!
Finally! I knew I wasn’t the only one who uses like 20 instruments 😂
ima never forget the first times that i listened this song, it brings me such a beautiful memories, music is a feeling that’s fosho. RIP to one of the best rappers 🫰🏼🖤
3:36 caught me off guard 😂
The best lesson from this guy is to follow what the song wants. Every decision he made was on the fly based on the vibe he was getting from the song as it was produced in real time.
The beat is literally perfection!🔥
Finally Purps is getting the recognition he deserves... Been following since the Soundclick days. He was into the Guitar-trap wave wayyy before it got mainstream 💯
Man we lost such a talented artist he was definitely the best out... R.I.P. juice wrld 😢
Hear me calling empty and robbery sound like the most well put together songs on the album good job

The sound at 3:47 stands out for me in the track
Great work bro! Love how you allowed the melody to dictate the rhythm. Congrats on the success!!!!!
Hear me calling is one of the best juice wrld songs
Most underrated juice song🖤
It's always good to see the magic behind music making 🔥
These videos are so inspiring for the simple fact that it was always the best the producer wasn’t trying to push. It makes me think that the beats I make that I don’t care for as much are better than I think!
R.I.P 😥❤️
part of the reason death race for love is my favorite album is because of all the amazing beats and the way it was produced
