Daily Devotions: God’s People Change, but God Always Gives Hope - September 08, 2024

One of the hardest truths in the Christian life is recognizing that people can change-not just for the better, but also for the worse. We often forgive and accept when people repent, but struggle to see when those once close to God begin to stray.
In Isaiah 1:21-31, God confronts His people who have turned away from righteousness. Though they continue with rituals, God desires a genuine heart and true obedience over empty offerings. Yet, He extends a message of hope and redemption: “Come now, let’s settle this… though your sins are like scarlet, they will be as white as snow.”
If you've felt yourself drifting from God, now is the time to return, have an honest conversation with Him, and find restoration today.
