This guide was made before 5th Gen debuted, so there is a whole other generation of the Japanese talents that you don’t know about. Unfortunately, there is one of the 5th Gen that will not be streaming anymore, because she retired due to the antis abuse towards her. I wish Mano Aloe the best of luck in her future endeavors. #Holofive5ever because 4ever isn’t enough. Also, there are separate guides to other Hololive branches, I’d recommend “Guide to Hololive Worldwide” and “Guide to HololiveEN”.

This video had somethings cut out because it used clips from a fan channel called hololive moments they deleted all of their videos over some drama hololive had with china and started fake copyright claiming videos that used their clips. (If im wrong tell me)
Nope, you hit it right on the head. I'm glad they're gone now honestly, if this was their mindset all along, then I don't want them as part of this community honestly. So many other good clippers and translators out there anyway.
Watame is wonderful if you like music, she loves singing and she's constantly striving to improve at it. She covered the original song "いのち" of another VTuber related to Hololive, AZKi. I would recommend looking up Watame singing いのち in her last watame no uta, it is a pretty special thing. AZKi too for that matter, she's someone who a lot of people don't even know about.

@@velocityofcl there's also Gundou Mirei from Nijisanji, who also is a RL Teacher in an All Boys School. She even was found out once by two of her students, but they were cool and didn't leak the info
This guide needs to be updated big time. So much happened in the last two months, also many clips were deleted from it.
its gonna be updated anywhere from 1-4 months from now, to give the 5th Gen and EN a chance to flourish (and also ample time to let EN "break in" and show their true selves)
Welcome to the hole! This guide is pretty outdated as it’s missing the 5th gen, EN, ID & former CN girls, but it is still a good starting point. If you guys like this kinda format I highly recommend you check out Kabukibuki’s “Experience” series as they server as great introductions to individual members!

Coco worked for an Hololive EN because she's born in USA, and it's primary language is english. She's worked to push the idea to export hololive to international audience. And now has done a part of her other idea, a communal house for hololive talents (now she lives with Kanata, on the same floor live Suisei and her IRL sister, Anemachi).

In Kaguya-sama Season 2, they did the Souran Bushi (a traditional song, which is what I thought was also being referenced here lol)
More and more people is falling in rabbit hole
Just a little correction here since the video got it wrong, Sora, Miko, Roboco and Suisei are part of the Generation 0, called like that because its members has experience as independent vtubers (except Sora, she was the Vtuber who started Hololive)
Miko was rescued by Hololive after her original project got cancelled and Suisei was knocking doors in order to get more chances and more followers IIRC she started as an extra for another virtual idol project from cover: AZKI, but eventually Suisei joined Hololive alongside the 3rd generation.
I don't know about Roboco, looks like Hololive just recruited her.
