    I really like that silver paint! I am more of a purist and I think the job you did keeps with the original look. Excellent!

    You’ll be able to pull that mat out and use it on the trail, too. Good stuff

    looks awesome, very nice job. A seldom known hack for these trailers is if all the bolt holes are sealed up it will float. the downside being of course it will hold water unless you engineer a drain plug.

    Looks really nice. Just bought one myself and beginning to work on the rebuild of the shackles and leafspring bushings. Do you have a video you did on that part of it, because I’d like to see it. Thanks!

      Thanks!! No sorry I did not get a video of any of that. The best option is to just buy a new axle with new, leaf springs, etc.

    where did you order the wheel from? tubeless that held air on the original steel rims?

    Should have reversed the tongue box bolts to have the plate on the bottom of the frame to remove the bolts sticking up into what ever you place in there.

      Yes, I will disclose as I get closer to the end. I wanted to show you can have a nice overlanding trailer without spending a fortune.
