Omg Mumbai still has the old santro taxis? I can’t believe it 😮. They are so unsustainable cars. Sometimes I feel Mumbai is modern and sometimes I feel they are living in 20th century. But definitely the infrastructure is getting better!
How is Santro unsustainable?
For that matter, Kolkata still has Fiat, Ambassador,and Padmini taxis . Would you mind calling them unsustainable as they require a lot more fuel and give less output. Also most of them run on traditional petrol , not CNG. At least in the case of Mumbai , 6 in 10 taxis run on CNG, 2 or 3 may even be EV, and one on traditional petrol or diesel. Mumbai's taxis have phased out all vehicles that are >25 years old in their fleet for the precise reason as they don't comply with the recent Bharat-6 norms. Kolkata is the only Indian city that has ageing fleet that don't comply with fuel emission norms.

Everything is world class. They should focus in lighting also like kolkata's underwater tunnel has.
All vehicles should turn on their head lights when entering the tunnel because if there is a power outage then it will be a sudden total darkness which can cause massive accident. Because of this many cities in the world do not have lights inside the tunnels and have a big sign before the tunnel for drivers to turn on their head lights. Even though some drivers may miss it but they will soon realize that they need to turn them on.

decided to travel with my family to see this bridge drove all the way till seaface and turns out there were barricades😂😂 timings were 8am to 7pm! Monday to Friday! Most of them TH-camrs did not mention about the timings
