Arvin: "I don't like your guest bathrooms"
Owner: "I haven't been in those rooms since 1985"
I really appreciate the production value of Enes' videos, but for the love of God, I have the feeling that if you would pay him, he would gave a raving tour of a rundown shack in the woods.
Enes: Beautiful rustic walls, the lack of windows and furniture enables the end user to tailor make the property according to his/her needs.
Cody: Yes, we are exceptionally lucky to tour a property so close to the nature, I love the cracks in the walls, it just brings the canopy closer to us.
Enes: Couldn't have said better!
Also, maybe it's just me, being European, but it literally gives me the creeps when Enes steps in the bathroom (shower, sauna, etc.) in shoes. Not speaking about when he steps on yoga mats or such.
hahaha
i mean that's the man's job
@@maghen2972 Fair enough, but he seems to be in high demand. So he should just cherry pick as well, which property to showcase and/or just try to be a tad more realistic. Because when you call the lack of furnishing or privacy as a perk, then... eeeeh, it's pretty shady.
LOL! Now Enes needs to review public housing!
He’s salesman alright.
Having no taste also helps in selling.
This has been in my top 3 properties of all time since Enes posted it. Congrats on the rapid growth of your channel. In a sea of vapid property tours, your content was desperately needed to put these cheeseballs on notice.
what are the other two
I liked Producer Michael but he seems to have a cameraman problem and has not been doing them as much. Now it's just boring and useless watches. I have a cell phone. What do I need a watch for? I need the time, not to flash diamonds like a girl.
Among other things, I like it when you pause the video and deny his monologue with surgical precision with a few words. Greetings from Serbia.
Arvin is THE guy to watch when it comes to real estate!!
thank you
I'd buy a home Arvin but not from Enes.
so glad I found your channel! This is super entertaining! Arvin you are wonderful!
Thank you so much!
South of France... well the real crazy part here is that these are - at least more often than not - all just vacation homes and not even primary residences!
Would add the following to your remarks:
1:26 Bear in mind that in the summer months you're stuck in traffic along the coast all the time and hence going from Cannes to St. Tropez will be a 2 hour ride by car. So if you plan to go from city to city along the French Riviera a lot a yacht is the more convenient option at least if you get a berth in the marina which can be a challenge. Or take a helicopter but then be aware of the many flight restrictions in some areas of the French Riviera.
3:58 Regarding the helipad: Sotheby's doesn't mention it on it's website so you should check that again before signing the dotted line. Also you should understand the difference between a touch-and-go helipad and a fully-certified helipad as the former comes with a host of limitations and this one is "only" a touch-and-go helipad!
12:53 La Cornue is really great! Love the kitchen!
17:50 A sauna next to the kitchen... maybe you can use it if your warming drawer breaks. Also not a fan of having one part of the "spa" in this part of the house and the steam-room and gym again in other parts as this doesn't create a natural flow. Also no cold plunge!
30:36 A little seating area in the chefs area goes a long way... just imagine you are entertaining for hours on end, so give them a space for a quick 5-minute break before they continue service. You'll notice the difference. It's the same with crew quarters on yachts. The better you treat the crew, the better your experience will be on board.
30:59 This wine room is far too small for a property of this size. One standard bottle is ca. 5 glasses of wine so imagine throwing a party with 100+ guests....
That "backyard" is really bad... South of France is known for garden parties. So where is your lawn for that?
Where did they have an office? Again a mega-mansion without one.
Also no bowling alley despite the size of the property.
Overall also not my design / style this property.
The little lake reinforces the limited view of the water, by bringing it closer to the house. "Why, you could cast a line off your bedroom balcony, and catch a fish for dinner!"
A few yrs ago, the Prince of Abu Dhabi had the biggest house (I believe!) in Cannes.
He was there just 2 weeks of the year, during the film festival.
The rest of the time it was empty apart from staff.
I hate bowling
@@RS-xx9vethanks dinosaurs 😂
I saw that wine room and thought - this is getting all consumed in a single night.
The property at the top of the hill is a pretty famous historical estate used in a Hitchcock movie (To catch a Thief) It sits on 25 acres and it was asking for around €50-100million euros before selling for an unspecified price
I came here to say this. This comment should have more likes. Chateau de la Croix-Des-Gardes is a far nicer place in my opinion.
Do you know if there's any tours or more info on it?
@@ariella2658 There were a few videos on TH-cam, at least a few years ago, when Chateau de la Croix Des Gardes was for sale. Not sure if they're still up. There are quite a few photos at least. Try Google.
@keithclayton1271 idk the home itself looks a lot smaller and less grand than this one, but the view is certainly better than this one.
@@PorterHouse-Steak it's a matter of personal taste I guess. I prefer the older house on the hill with 25 acres 😀
Completely agree that the back yard was a major fail. A large grassy area where receptions, parties, etc could be held would be so much better. Also don't understand why more people with this kind of money don't do the beautiful lagoon style pools with grottos and I've even seen them with smallish lazy rivers. Would be so much better than a green pond.
When he says "Venetian" I think he means "Neoclassical Palladian". Which was in turn inspired by ancient Greek architecture. No clue where he got the Byzantine though...
At the time when Venice was established Italy was in control of the eastern Roman empire (aka Byzantine) and the office holders of Venice were technically at least Byzantine officials. Their main trading partner was the Byzantine empire but increasingly became independent of it. All the early artistic and architectural influence was Byzantine including the church of St Marks with its domes and mosaics - even on the mainland as in Padua the architectural style was Byzantine as in St Anthony's basilica. The Middle Eastern influence was also quite marked as can be seen in Gothic style windows of the palaces.
Who cares? It's a vocabulary word, let's move on.
It's called Classical (Greek) architecture and it was revised in 98913 different iterations through space and time. Still it remains easily recognizable for what it is.
Andrea Palladio was Venetian.
*25:13** I like the public road on the left...about 6 meters from the pond and further up you can see 4 meters from the pool...super privacy*
I think the road is at least 4 to 10 meters down, so you can't see a thing.
You have a glimpse of the slope at 42:03
@@MarcoDeLasVegas go to google streeview.... They have a glass fence!!!...in one place the slope is maybe 2 meters high!! for 120 million dollars that's a joke

A year ago I rented a castle in France with friends. It was a fantastic weekend. Cemant and oysters at the weekly market and afterwards we actually cooked all day in the big kitchen, the children played...
It was a dream
I took me watching your videos that he represents the sellers of the home and you represent the buyers. Enes definitely exaggerates the home but people don’t notice it because he covers it with nice cinematography and a calm mellow personality. But we see right through it ☺️
And he calls a toilet a water closet?!
Excellent video. Very instructive. Learned a lot. Thanks. I like when you pause 5 seconds, and ask us to catch the flaws. And I liked how at the end you summarized your dislikes. . . .If you could make that a regular part of video. .things you liked and things you disliked, that would be great. Thanks Great job, RC
Fantastic I’ve been waiting for this video thank you brother
Mikey did a great job filming. Kudos
"Greek architecture is not my favorite." You lost the Persian wars 2500 years ago. Let it go!
About the trees blocking the view: It might be necessary because of the the strong winds. If it is under 20C, it feels very chilly all the time.
Hahahaha I would say it was a tie….. we burned Athens and the Greeks burned persopolis… that’s a tie …. But on serious note Actually most older generation Persians love the Greek architecture and I have seen so much of it that I’m just over it…. It doesn’t also help the fact that every federal building is Greek… so subconsciously i don’t get home vibes
@@ArvinHaddadOfficialI agree the Greek style is overdone here in the US.
Is Greek and Roman
@@LudiCrust.yes but no what your talking about is Greek revival in Europe and the Americans. what in the United States your seeing is federalist architecture it’s an American offshoot in the Greek style it’s a style modern to the time but and this is the import part it’s built in the scale of the ideal human form under the Greek scale system of architecture. the reason people are drawn to spaces like the nyc library is specifically because it’s built to mimic human proportions it allows people who haven’t lived in grand spaces like that to feel confident in the building it’s a bit of psychological manipulation that you don’t see in buildings anymore and it shows with the way people act (that’s not a good thing btw)
@@ArvinHaddadOfficialI actually don’t understand why it’s so traditional Greek I would like to know who it was built for because the French created there own order in the Greek system and adapted it to there own and I see very little French specific detail in the architecture itself that would be odd for a French client in France
I don’t get building the house in a ionic structure (matronly female scale) but not adding French sagging (even though there somewhat lewd) details someone if French either had mommy issues or is very prude by French standards at least it appears to be in the correct scale and not that bad imitations that have been poping up globally since wwII industrialization of construction has killed the finish quality of most building projects and reasonable budgets
Also I disagree with you about the basement it’s not a grand space for guests it’s for the family and staff only on of the ways to differentiate psychologically is how much of the entablature you build in and the ceiling height you they had to put those 8 ft doors in they should’ve gone to 9 ft but it would be psychologically correct for private spaces to lower the ceiling so you don’t make the space feel lonely but homey of your walking the hall by yourself but again the doors should’ve been 6’8” not 8’ so as to not interfere with the partial entablature on the doors and ceiling

I agree with your take on the guest suite bathrooms. The first thing I noticed was the end of the vanity butting up against the side of the bathtub-in all three that were shown. That is standard tract house layout.
The bathroom off the indoor pool has a curling iron plugged in and ready to go. I love to see that. 🙃
I notice that too about the vanity and the side of the bathtub. I was shocked that they did that in a mansion.
*8:24** Nice Hotel Lobby...If you go along the right, you will definitely come to the reception*
It's a mixed bag, this one. Some of the details are very beautiful while others lack good taste. The fountain in the middle of the motor court could be mistaken for a burst fire hydrant.
Compared to the crap you see in LA this is much better. LA homes look like shopping malls
Or Old Faithful.
Or Fama, the first fountain in this style, in Spain. 1700's.
Need a real fountain there.
Arvin spot on analysis. Absolutely everything you said was 100% correct. Keep uploading videos. I would love to see you get to 100k subscribers.
Home is where your loved ones are. I once was staying at a hostel and because six of my loved ones were there, I felt like a King in his Castle.
The limited height is cause by the French Law. For a new construction, it can't exceed 8 meters above natural ground (or 12 meters in some area)
Interesting! ✌🏽
Why?
Ridiculous rule... same as every country then... moronic "planners" making up rules limiting everyone from creating what they want.
@@samurisnark6940so some random bloke doesn’t build a sky scraper
I’m more interested in the developer for this one. His name is Emad Khashoggi. That surname might sound familiar because I believe he is the nephew of the famous arms dealer Adnan Khashoggi. COGEMAD set a record back in 2015 when they sold a French chateau on the outskirts of Paris for $300million to the crown prince of Saudi Arabia. I wonder how he feels about that now that his cousin, the journalist Jamal Khashoggi, was assassinated by the same crown prince just a few years later. On another note though, I like his design ethos quite a lot and for people who stereotype rich Saudi’s as being very tacky, I point them to this guy
Any relation to Jamal? The Arab-American that was sliced and diced in an embassy in the middle East?
Something tells me the Khashoggi last name is almost as popular as "Mohammad" is as a first name. Just common.
I worked for the Saudi royals in Los Angeles. They're actually pretty tasteful. Funny inside info. All the Asian and mideast royals hang out at century city shopping center. The Saudis always laughed at the Brunei royals because they were so tacky. They have rolls limos with light up crowns 😆.
@@thomasallen6980 In Saudi Arabia, probably not. It comes from Kaşıkçı and is turkish. Adnans Father immigrated from Turkey to SA.
@@dereklwashington1132not royalty, but my best friend from Syria comes from a very wealthy family, and I wouldn't call his parent's home tacky, but it was very ornate and heavily detailed. Not my personal cup of tea but I still appreciated the design and decor.
I haven't been to all his sibling's homes, but his and two of his brother's homes are IMO very tastefully done. Nowhere near as ornate as his parents but still distinctly Middle Eastern.
Btw interesting story: his father came to America with a backpack and $50 to his name. Recently passed, but at the time of his death he owned $200 mil in commercial real estate. He bought a 250 sq ft retail shop in Manhattan where he sold kabobs. This was when midtown was very run down and a lot cheaper. He ended up buying the space next door, then the other one, until he eventually bought the entire building, which today has about 30 residential units paying over $5k a month each, plus the retail space on the ground floor.
Amazing what people can accomplish in life.
I LOVE this property - especially the blue color used inside! Exquisite. This is the first video where I've loved almost everything I saw.
The night club looks straight out of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
A Night at the Roxbury.
I completely agree with everything you said about the kitchen and I love it!! Also the dining table and chair set is stunning!
Automatic click when Arvin posts a video! I really enjoy them!
I would love to see a tour of that other hilltop mansion, the one that sits on the highest part of the hill at 2:10.
The bathroom cabinetry reminds me of a 90's motor yacht interior.
I think the house was built in the 2000's and recently redone. They probably kept the old bathroom and just updated the shower heads.
I was waiting for this. Thanks for this video 👏🏽👏🏽
This is by far your best analysis for me. You need to know that I really like your deep understanding of classy things. However, most of the other videos in which Enes was involved, you always had good content, but made it look like you are going after Enes. This analysis helped me to follow you and to understand what is going on. For this mansion, I don't like the bathrooms and the pond. The pond is green which for me is danger. Also, I agree with you, they need the backyard.
From the first time I saw the mansion in Enes' video, I fell in love. It is, by far, the best house I have ever seen. It has nothing to do with the luxury homes in Bel Air.
I was going to recommend this for you to review in your video on that $1 billion dollar mansion you did a couple of weeks ago. Im so ready for this one ! 🥳
Arvin, I just recommended your channel to my sister since I’m loving your videos. I definitely agree with you about the massive green koi pond. It looks like a swimming pool that has been without chlorine and care for too long. Not appealing for a swim. I like the idea of a large lawn in the back and maybe a lazy river connecting the main pool to a smaller pool on the other side of what was the koi pond. Another thing that I was surprised about was after the massively impressive front steps that the front door was so tiny. Great reaction video and I’m looking forward to catching up with all your older videos and watching each of your new ones as they come out.
I thought it was only me. You have this grand facade, and then when you get under it, a regular middle class mc mansion comes into view. lol.
A lot of entertaining content, as usually brokers are focusing mainly on the positives or are too easily impressed on camera. If I may suggest a video on a Marbella/Mallorca property. Without name dropping there are a certain set of brothers who tour such properties as a 7 digit one would be a refreshing change from the ultra luxurious properties. Best of luck!
Yeah would be awesome! Or a Drumelia video 😂
35:29 I figured out what the koi pool is missing. Waterplants. Some waterlillies, a few clumps of papyrus plants and it would be better.
You don’t have Koi I take it..? Guess what Koi do to water plants😉
I hate the false bookcase TV
Same. A giant vinyl sticker? Couldn't have made a faux bookshelf?
With that money you could literally create a normal bookshelf, or book display, which moves with a motor to show the TV behind it.
Even creating a shallow shelf with just the book spines glued to it woul dbe better
Agree with Arvin, the entire "backyard" as a water feature is a miss. The pool was fine, but that is enough water. It's similar to having a big plot of swampland. You will always be thinking, too bad it's all swamp and unusable. But these people intentionally sunk the backyard into the swamp. Pretty mystifying.
@Arvin Haddad 5:59 Maybe you mean Empire? Greek architecture looks a little different. I'd say it's French Empire late classicism. Something close to Stalin's empire style of the 1930s-40s.
Yes, it's a contemporary neoclassical style
That burgundy dining table is magnificent. The round seating section is just so neat and thoughtful.
This popped up on my phone and I decided to go home for lunch so I could watch it. I freaking love the enes videos. I like Enes ...miss Mikey. But I never liked that he was such an obvious Yes Man. I love the honesty here. Congrats on the channel skyrocketing. 🎉🎉🎉🎉
I dont want to be rude but who rushes home to watch a youtube movie? It will still be on TH-cam in ten years. They dont go anywhere.
Damn man I'd forgotten about this tour and how the lake kills everything... That's why I don't mind watching the original video first and then the Arvin Haddad version of it, stuff of legends!
World class kitchens. The size of the pond was a mistake. ✌🏽
😢The statues of people on the roof is creepy especially at night.. No huge fountain driving up just a broken watermain. The backyard is I agree ridiculous. A huge algae pond!!! Where is the lawn for taking strolls down cobblestone paths? All you get is walking barefoot on that Brazilian landing strip?? The views of the sea are great when you take off in your helicopter. Only one wine room! Living in this monstrously I'd need one on every floor. What's with a huge sofa in front of the bed. Having an estate sale? Well done sir on your critique of yet another monster house.
I think the idea is that it purports to be the pond of a much larger development. Because you can't see any houses surrounding it.
The house is close to the hill edge to get better sea views. And the flat land, lawns and other gardens are deliberately on the other side.
It's not everyone's choice but I don't see it as an error.
Great job Arvin, I have a suggestion for those of us who already went through those videos: could you create chapters where your reactions are? That way we can fast forward to them and not have to watch the whole thing again. Thanks!
Great channel, informative, and I really enjoy seeing the properties especially those that have character like the homes of days long gone.
I love your videos Arvin!!!
The main facade is indeed classically Greek, but a big miss is that the columns should be fluted.
Otherwise it looks like a Southern Plantation.
You're a breath of fresh air in the real estate market Arvin.
Thanks Arvin! It was nice to see you changed your bottom left corner to a smaller circle.
Remember…. 1369 Londonderry Pl. 😀🙏🏼

Welcome back, Mikey.

The architecture is not really only Greek; it is more generally neo-classical with a few innovations thrown in. The Romans also used the Ionic order.

Starvin’ Arvin 👋 love your videos bro!
When he says "Venetian", I believe he means "Palladian". Indeed, Andrea Palladio is a Venetian architect of the Renaissance who inspired much of the subsequent architecture of this type throughout the world.
When he says Mediterian sea, I belive he refers to Mediteranian sea.
Great video as always Arvin! I usually don't comment on videos but I'd love to hear your opinion about Casa Encantada. If you have a chance, please review the estate! Keep up with your work man!
Beautiful property and great insightful thoughts by Arvin. I agree with a lot of his feelings. The pond is unnecessarily big. It eats up too much of the property-and the tranquility that it provides could have easily been done with a pond 1/2 or 1/3rd the size. I also felt like for a property (home) this size-that it was missing a lot of the perks that you would normally find in the ultra luxury market. I didn’t see any sort of amazing gym area, the wine room was unimpressive for a mega mansion in the wine capital of the world, the garage area had a very low height (if any sort of executive/celebrity) was coming to the property in an executive sprinter van-they wouldn’t be able to come into the garage..etc, for a mega mansion in a locale where you have the biggest film festival-I don’t even know if the theater was substantial enough. I’d almost think that the night club area should have featured a big screen to be a bigger theater area..etc. Don’t get me wrong-the property is stunning and the list of great things is far longer than the list of shortcomings-but for the amount of space in the house, the amount of land in the property, and for the insane amount of wealth needed for a buyer of a property of this caliber-I think some of these shortcomings are important enough to where I could see this property being on the market for a while.
Why couldn't you have a circular pond in the driveway where the water feature was?
He could embrace the Venetian theme and make some sort of canal with a proper gondola that would circle the entire property and use the back to make a stunning flower garden
I'm surprised Arvin didn't mention or didn't notice that the house looks like it was built 20+ years ago and renovated. I suspect those bathrooms are the original fancy bathrooms of 20 years ago. I actually really like the pond but it could have been smaller and more grass. Then they could have put a huge pond down by the zip line close to the helo pad. The trees have to go they are blocking the million dollar plus view.
This is probably the most beautiful piece of real estate I've ever seen. Right up my alley. I'd switch out the tenniscourt for anything else though. Japanese garden, deep saltwater pool, or a combination of both. I also agree with the olive/cypress. Nightclub has to go to, I'm make an arts and crafts room down there.
I seen better
@@RoniiNN Which one?
I was looking at a mansion one day. It had a great room that was 24ft cube. Even in video it took my breath away. It was stunning.
This house shows how traditional styles are generally better than modern ones. As he says this building will look good in 30 years time...but modern architecture is is much more unsure, and is driven by the latest fashions...which go out of style.
I couldn’t picture myself here until you told me to imagine myself hung over hanging out in the kitchen. Now I have to buy it.
DId you buy it?
Byzantine is effectively later Greek, as opposed to Classical Greek. For instance, Greek was the predominant language in most areas and for official usage, as Latin fell away.
It encompassed various locations outside of modern day Greece.... including the Venetian area.
BTW your American classification is sometimes different to European. In one video you talk about a "castle" but the building was simple a pastiche version of a French chateau with some bizarre rough stonework.
Anyway, I do really enjoy your videos. Thank you for producing them.
Happy 30k Arvin!!
The back facade is not particularly Greek; it is more in the style of Neo Classical Palladian with its own eccentricity in the portico.
I agree. I think Palladio was the biggest influence.
i love the way when you said that " i'm gonna count to 5... 1,2,,3,,4,5"😆😆😆
Keep up the good work Arvin !!!
'I don't think it gets better than this' said in every video
15:54 ".. without making you uncomfortable"
Yeah. It's amazing how such an enormous kitchen in such a posh place actually feels kinda homey.
I keep contrasting with the pakistani mansion with the numerous chandeliers and the ridiculously small kitchen - which couldn't possible cater for any sizable crowd. Unless of course you did cater the food. In which case, it is being brought in from outside and not cooked on site. 30:24 omg that chef's kitchen is lovely.
That Pakistani place was a joke - obviously made by people unused to luxury or high-end - e.g. as soon as I saw the "cinema" I knew it was made by clowns who know nothing about high-end cinema.
...excellent point on the RG clay on the tennis court ...i concur
this mansion has been on sale for over a decade by now. potential buyer has to renovate the whole furniture
Make sense
When total reno would cost as much as the property then it makes sense to just sell and buy new builds or newly refurbished. Super luxury homeowners now renovating every three years according to a luxury contractor.
I can imagine. Its ugly af from the inside. Need to renovate the whole thing specially the ugly furniture, rooms and the bathrooms.. omg the bathrooms were ugly af looks like an outdated hotel as Arvin said lmao
"I've seen worse pricing than this"
*Flashback to tract house in Dubai for $135M*
Speaking of price, those glass speakers on the floor look like they're the Waterfall Niagara XT3, and they're about $30k each.
Enjoy your channel Arvin.. my only complaint, could you review more properties that you think tick most of your boxes ☺️ Most of your videos, you are pointing out flaws mostly. Still enjoy that anyway. More Arvin pro design vids please 👍
Very pretty; the front is giving me a government federal building vibe, especially with all those steps. Not a bad thing, it's a gorgeous home.
Hi Arvin, could you make a guide on how to buy 5-7 million homes in LA? Obviously it’s not possible to get high scores on all important features such as location, lot, scaling, modern facility, etc, but would be extremely helpful to learn how to think about these trade offs. Thank you!!
Was this property shown as well in The Agency, the Netflix, French family real-estate agency? Still not sold? Not a surprise...
Alvin, love your breakdowns. What is the best property you have ever seen ?
I also think the backyard needs a big lawn, with a lot of beautiful flowers around it. And a lot of bougainville, which is typical for the Med and the most beautiful flora I know of 😊
I think the style refers to the villas along the Brenta river (Riviera del Brenta), which is indeed in the Venice province in Italy.
This is the most beautiful home/mansion I have ever seen. If I was a multi-billionaire with a large family, I’d buy this in a heartbeat. The kitchens are astonishingly beautiful. The decorations are tasteful and lovely. Is it worth the asking price? Probably not, but compared to “The One” and the “777” house, this home is a steal. I’d probably need to learn to speak French, but hey, it would be worth it for the French pastries alone.
As soon as you get to know the Tax system in France you wouldn't say that
i LOVE your videos, i watch them 3 times a day with every meal 😂, unrelated question, are you persian? 👀 or?
Yes I am!

Looking at the location of this properly on google maps, I must say I disagree strongly.
Sure, it has a private driveway, but to the sides this house sits literally right next to a public street, protected only by a wall. There's even multiple spots on the street where you can directly see the property and even into one of the terraces at the back. Some places in the South of France are not exactly known for their "safety", and having this grand of a property where a thief could literally just climb a wall and be in your backyard is just asking for trouble.
For €100M+, that is unacceptable.
Greek architecture IS my favorite, I am in love. It almost has a Titanic Palm Court vibe as far as decor is concerned.
Arvin, I am with you on the pond. My feeling is the house ia already long enough and as a guest, I would be moving side to side from room to room. The moment I open the suite doors to the outside, a part of me wants to roam free yet I only have about 6 feet of space before this massive green watered pond is in front of me. Energetically, I felt like a gasp of a pause. You're right as people, we want to be with nature.. I wonder whether psychologically due to the ocean being far away, it was their way of bringing a water element closer? and creating some connection with the ocean? And the cabana surrounded by coy in a green pond. Its neither byzantine nor greek :)
This is probably one of the best mansions I've seen. Usually, they have very much the feel of being either a hotel room, or over the top chintzy that just doesn't feel natural for living. There are definately some features that could be improved, and some of the furniture was maybe not the best choice, but all up, bravo.
I like the skylights but they better have shades. Otherwise It's going to get very hot in those rooms. But the kitchen islands are too far from the room with the skylights. Hope the house comes with roller skates
15:51 i think it looks more like a canteen somehow🤔 impressive, but not really invitingly (my opinion)
Three minutes into the video and I am already reminiscing on the good old days. Reminds me of how much I miss Mikey and his original team. They had a unique style of filming and editing that no longer exists with the new kids.
I enjoy your commentary, both about the flaws, and the strong points of the home. What do you think it's worth?
Just found you tonight. And I have to say, I'm very impressed by you. When I FIRST laid eyes on you I thought I was going to get one of those over blown, cocky, arrogant know it all types. But you are far from that. You have a solid understanding of so many components regarding real estate. You're actually very down to earth with a lot of common sense. I totally agreed with you about your assessment of the "back yard" with that ridiculous man made pond. I too would have loved to have had a generous lawn. Somewhere you can run around or bring a blanket and lay out in the sun. Anyway, I'm looking forward to enjoying further videos of yours. And of course I subscribed! And liked! LOL OH and yea...a "VIP" section in your nightclub in your house! How stupid is that. See THAT'S why I immediately connect with your thinking.
I rather like the bathrooms: they are not exciting but soothing and practical.
Arvin's my new favorite channel! Finally someone who can cut through the insufferable bullsh!t of these tours. SOme of your burns are just sublime.
I absolutely love the kitchen!
I can't disagree with any of Arvin's criticisms, but this is a beautiful building and most of the interior is stunning. My only criticism is the mostly white floors with white walls and white ceilings in the main rooms on the first floor. I find it overwhelming and it puts me on edge, not at ease.
$140,000,000 and that sad little piano ?! Concert grand is a must in a house like this
And the lid is improperly raised! It's a dead give away revealing money, but no education.
Hey Arvin, I know you focus mostly on Real Estate but Enes has a tour video of the Empathy Suite at the Palms Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. It's WILD. Hope you could do a video on that cause its one heck of a ride😅
