- Here in this video you will learn about motorcycle richshaw charging system. charging system includes alternator, rectifier regulator and battery. Mostly 12V batteries are used on vehicles. charging system is responsible to charge the vehicle 12V battery to 13.8V or 14V terminal voltage. In this video I will discuss with great details how it works and components used in such a system. I will take benefit of actual components as well as circuit diagram. sir you are very ingenious can you make a video about installing some stator in 70cc which should produce high amps to run 50 watts halogen h4 bulb and charge battery .. koi tareeqa karain sir.
and how many amps this 18 pole stator puts ? mine 12 pole puts only 3 amps... its qinqgi 12 pole three phase stator and same rectifier as yours from new asia 250 cc rickshaw.
I can't say if you can produce 50w from bike alternator. I don't have experience of that. Anyhow 3a is way too less for this alternator. We have tested them up to 24A in Rickshaw. But why yours one was putting low amperes, it's amazing.
@@engineerkohatmine is 12 pole and slightly smaller then this one. It is qingqi 150cc Loader Rickshaw engine stator. Three phase. 24 amps is really amazing. I tested at 3k rpm. Hope to test out ? I will check again?

@@engineerkohat i have sports bike 400cc, i have installed 5 wire rectifier/ charger. On high rpm, on multi meter it shows reading some where between 18 to 24 volt. It should be 14.2 maximum... Kya kro??? Stator se 3 wire arai hain...
It should work. Means charge the battery. It will not overcharge if the rectifier regulator is from a reputed manufacturer.

Other than magneto in three wheeler or motorcycle, such shunt regulator can't be used as charge controller. For regular use at home battery charging control you need some series switching methods. Those are efficient and wate very little energy compared to this shunt type regulator. One example of those regulators is solar pwm charge controller. You can use that one to control charge to your battery system.

Voltage are from 12v to 35v depends upon engine speed. Current could be 15 to 20 A at its max.
4 stroke rikshaw main kbhi bhi ye black charger/regulater mt lagayen. Ye battery ka berha ghrk krta hy or is ko aag b lg jati hy. Is ki jga mehran ka old charger kisi b kabarhi ki shop se le k lga lain

Check your alternator coil karha. If good the replace rectifier charge controller with original unit.

I have provided enough information along with diagram. All you should do to grab multimeter and start testing things. Your findings will help you. Nobody could come to solve your charging problem.
