Hey i am using mfrc522 rfid module and is it possible to get 0.5 meter range with this chip and if yes how can i get it,with my card i am just getting 4 cm range
Hi, Likely no. The issue is that you are using HF which is 13.56 MHz which has a typically shorter range than UHF.
