Anyone else curious what happened to this dude? I just found the channel and looked like he was a great drummer and had some success? My curiosity is wondering what he is up to!
he kinda went inactive shortly after this series ended in late 2013. Aside from a couple small non-drum related vids he hasn't uploaded since. But he did record a brand new drum cover series last year but it's yet to see a release - though he says it will be sometime this year so happy days I guess...

Hey guys stop arguing haha :) . you should respect every drummer for what they bring to the table from the likes of phil rudd ( ACDC ) to neil peart ( Rush ) . The simple stuff can sound the best sometimes, its just a matter of when to implement it ;)

Please, it's great what you're doing, but, the vews are not good. We don't see what you do. And a cover drum serves to that. It's cool that you have money to buy cameras but use it with clever. There is not enough light. And even if you move the cameras it doesn't change anything. I tell you that, not to hurt you, just you to make better videos.
But, it's really good what you do on your videos.

the important thing is to groove and enjoy music, not to make difficult stuff just to show people you can play something, that's very stupid and lot's of persons nowdays think like that, it should change..
I can never tell if his snare drum batter head is a Controlled Sound by Remo with the circle in the middle, or just an Emperor that's been beaten to a pulp from his covers...
I do, and Dom uses that tom a lot in this song, have you ever seen him perform this song? You should. If you know anything about drumming you will notice

A cover isn't meant to be exactly right. It's a person own interpretation of the song. He can no tom work if he wants!

yeah he does use the 16" often in the fills. But hey, it's just a cool cover, doesn't matter hugely xD

Why do you have the 16'' tom for? You didn't even use it, and it is a major part of Dom's drumming

It's just a single stroke roll from the tom to the snare, back onto the tom, back onto the snare and then the floor tom.
