Hi- what's the point in having a virtual address if you serve as your own registered agent? I know when setting up an LLC you want a virtual address set up for privacy purposes. However, when looking the business up, and you are serving as your own registered agent and the only address you have to offer is your own then your personal address is exposed anyway at that point...
Exactly, so basically you will be exposed or you'll have to pay for another virtual address or third party to represent as your registered agent for protection bc you can't use your virtual business address as your registered agent address. I'm tired lol
What about the other way around? Can you use your [Virtual] Business Address as your registered Agent Address? Let's say I have a Regus membership. Can't their receptionists accept all my Registered Agent mail?

Hi I took it upon myself to create an LLC and put everything under my home address. Im even my own registered agent!. Now I realize there is no privacy and I want to change my registered agent address, which is my home address as well as my business address which is also my home address. So I purchased a mailbox, which is a physical location that I’m able to use as a change of address. Can I use that for my business address and register agent address in NYC. Additionally, what forms to use to make the change? I haven’t went farther then my article of Organization because of wanted to update the address

If I'm in NYC county and my RA is in another county, but same state, and just opened my llc, still in the process of publications in their county, can I use a virtual address to open a bank account and also for other legal stuff, or am I supposed to use RA address for my bank account since they also applied for my ein? I hope you undesrtand and can help with my question. Thank you

Now I purchased a Unique virtual mailbox address and I registered that mailbox address as my business address with the IRS. I want to sign up for Amazon with my unique address, which is also registered with the IRS. But my LLC is registered with a registered agent address. So, what do you recommend should I amend my registered agent's address to my unique mailbox address? Because all the bank accounts and suppliers ask for LLC. But on LLC address is different. What do you suggest to me in that kind of situation? Thanks
So I am in transportation and in order to get "Authority" I had to get a registered agent. However I didn't know that's what that meant on my State Filing. Would they be the ones I update in the section? Am I using the blanket designation or individual in my state? 🤦🏾♀️Just when you think you have this business set up properly, lol

I used northwest registered agent for an address and to file forms. Its a nice legit business and they file llc.
