Hey ND! You need to make a decal out of the circular image by your name and sell it in your merch. The orange one with your silhouette in the kayak. I think it would be a big seller. 😃 You’re my favorite TH-cam fisherman!
I have recently heard someone call this guy the Bob Ross of fishing. I think that works! Such a soft calming voice. Top notch videos! Lots of fish and edited nicely!
I think it’s extremely rare the water is that low and clear. I definitely got out there on the right day! We went back a few days later and hammered some fish but visibility was way down.
@@ndyakanglermy bass fishing reservoir is rarely clear. But I was sight fishing a bass from the bank and just like in this video, a second one came up and after a couple seconds hammered it.
Oh man! This video got my heart PUMPING! All the drama of fishing perfectly encapsulated. Love how you finenessed those two muskies. That's SO hard. Your skill never ceases to amaze me.
It was crazy it’s like those fish didn’t mind me sitting right next to them! I just try to stay as quiet and still as possible when I’ve got one close.
To anyone who fishes regularly or rarely... This guy is not normal. It is VERY rare that anyone is able to catch fish like this, much less consistently! ND, you have a great voice, admirable ethics, and legit skills. Always glad to watch your videos.
Georgia native here I lived in the upper Midwest for about 9 years Wisconsin to be exact when I tell you the rivers in WI MINN IW that region is stocked with small mouths Pike Bluegill for days. Moved to ND a couple of years ago and found that theres more than just walleye here by watching your videos. Thanks for always keeping it clean too. Makes me want to go fish now.
The numbers you saw in this video for muskys is more than I have seen in a lifetime, period! This has been the only freshwater fish that has alluded me, and with that I live vicariously through you on each catch of these beasts! 💪💪
A comment from Romania:we do not have muskies here, only pike, walleyes and red finns... My utmost respect for you as a fisherman and a person...thank you for taking everybody with you on your wonderful journeys...
What a crazy day of fishing!! My heart broke for you with that first loss… but you more than made up for it with the three monsters you caught afterwards! Exactly why I love watching your videos, nothing but pure, awesome fishing! 👏🏼
Sight-fishing muskies?? 😂 great work Matt, just the footage alone without catching one would have been worth the watch. I bought a kayak because of you and I hope to experience the same thing one day.
Great videos. You treat every catch no matter how big or small with respect. The shakes you get make your videos that much more immersive. You get excited by the catch, nice change of pace from the channels that just catch to create videos. Much more relatable to the average fishermen. Keep it up
Another great muskie fishing video by the one and only NDYakAngler‼These are such enjoyable videos to watch…the only sounds you hear are the sounds of Matt being at one with nature. None of that unnatural, ridiculous, obnoxious loud music and fake emotion. Well done, Mr. Matt. ✅👊🏻💯🎯 🎣

One of the many great things about your videos: You nearly always have proof of the ones that get away! What an epic day you had! Congrats! Love your videos!
Wow 3 huge muskie catches very cool! Thanks for taking us along for this trip! Take care Matt and see you next adventure. Don't forget to get a bigger net :)!
Just another AWESOME episode, Matt! Those two muskies just hanging out next to you as you work your swimbait like a dying perch...a rare experience I'm grateful you shared with us. THANK YOU!
I love it how when you miss a big fish you just give a chuckle, well now you know where they're living anyway... And you can come back and try another day (you will make another show here, right?) Great job as always Matt you're the man❤❤❤ and I know you mentioned something about this but it is truly amazing how they do not spook!!! And yeah buddy you definitely need a bigger net😅! You ever think about putting double split rings on those swimbaits it just gives them a little more room to wiggle and not twist those hooks out!
Hopefully the lack of snow this winter here in NoDak-MN does not result in ultra low lake and river levels this fishing season and affect the bite. Nice job on this video!
Did you see......? Keep a look at the right site of your Kayak at 7min.17. Don´t follow the cast (while you commenting ...crap oh he took a swipe at that jiggy, that is) but keep on looking in the water, you see the pike passing at lightning speed. Real nice. Keep up the work. Really enjoy the vid, really relaxing!
That worked out about perfect. They always follow but you did it, he hit. That counts in spring cold water. Days like that are so fantastic, winter is about over, just getting out, but hooking up is a good day.
