Hello, how would those speakers sound with a 2 x 75 watts Marantz integrated. I listen to the book shelves but with the floor standing is my amplifier strong enough? Thank you. Bruno
@@boniccie what a fast answer! Thanks a lot, I know now that those Fyne are a real alternative, and the most important is that you are not a commercial! THAN YOU SO MUCH 😊!
What amp did you drive them with? I was just doing a bit of research to see what speakers might go well with the Roksan Blak and these came up. I had never heard of them before. Do you think they will suit the Roksan Blak?
I listened to a lot of speakers on TH-cam and I find these to be my favorite. Would you share your thoughts if I can use them with my pretty old nakamichi a1 amp? it has a 80 w per channel. Would the match be good with these if I decide to buy them? Regards
I personally never listened to nakamichi amp before but it is a solid state like the one I am using now. I have no doubt it will sound great. There is a pair on USaudiomart for sale at a very low price.
Thanks for your reply. I already listen to other series of Sonus Faber and liked it but never Sonetto serie. Nevertheless I like also Fyne Audio but never listen to F501SP model.
Hi can I ask you how much you have them away from the rear wall , also what height is it to bottom of the first speaker as I need the driver to pop over the arm of a sofa. sounding sweet .
John, I have them 34” from the wall including a 4” bass trap behind them. I am using the spikes that came with them and they are about1” from the floor. Hope that helps.
@@boniccie not quite , , from the floor what does it measure to the bottom of the first speaker , thanks , I can't get 34" , more like 26 " from my wall .and only about 6ft wide as of being hampered by my couch , that's the reason I need the measurement, I need it to be 27"from the floor to the bottom of the first speaker , thanks john
@@Lovelacewatkins139 actually 26” from the wall behind the speakers will work very well . Also the speaker driver are high enough to be above your chair arms and if not, you can add block of solid wood or granite that can serve as a base for the speakers to sit on.
@@boniccie hi great thanks , i have my stands on granite just to do that , , thanks again it might be time for an audition , i have the klipsch rp600m which i like but have always fancied a floor stander , but thought my room was a bit on the small side , but these are not to big a speaker , thanks again
Manuel, I am sorry but I didn’t listen to the Sonetto speakers. The only Sonus Faber I owned were the Domus home and sounded great with Mcintosh integrated amp but it didn’t have the same top end refinement you get with the Fyne audio speakers.
Hello, I honestly don’t think they are muffled at all but again hat is how they sound to me in my room and my associated equipments. It is always a good idea to try them for yourself in your room.
@@a070z you are very welcome. I am waiting for my new Sac to arrive and I will post more videos focusing on the midrange to give you an idea on how those speakers really sound.
My experience is that they really shine at mid to higher volumes. I usually play them anywhere from 10 o'clock to 12 o'clock on the dial. Paired with a good turntable, cartridge, and phono preamp, these speakers are really something to experience. Constantly making me smile.
@peter Gacsalyi, Hello, there is so many great amps that work with so many kind of speakers. If you like tube sound, I recommend prima Luna and rogue for down to earth $$$ and good sound. For SS I recommend Hegel, Rega, belles and Atoll among so many other great integrated amps on the market. My advice to anyone is to demo if you can before you buy any piece of gear. If you can’t, then read reviews and do your homework before you invest your money in any piece of audio gear. Good luck!
@@boniccie concentric driver aligns the woofer and tweeter on the same axe, causing interference (not electric but sound wise) in the sound output. These speakers using that type of driver will then sound less clear and precise.

Sound perfect for me.
Thank you very much!

Lovely brand of speaker, good choice 👍🏾

Oooh, I'd love to hear the Sonny Stitt w/strings.

Any folks using F501 with Yamaha RN803? Is this synergy good?
I think it sounds a lot better in this room than in the other room that you've got them in now.
Funny you say that because I moved back to that room and added acoustic treatment. Thanks for the tip👌

Would you combine this with a subwoofer for home theatre or go with the F502's? My room is 18m2. Which subwoofer would you choose?
@Gilliboy82 for home Theater, I will just add a sub to the 501. Best of luck!
