Hey everyone! This office makeover has been long over due! You might remember me making over this space last year (see here: • Upcycled, Target, And ... ) but after some clutter and flow issues, I needed some serious help, and phoned some expert friends over at the sorry girls hq! They created a blue print of the perfect high functioning office that better suited my needs and lifestyle and i'm so stoked on how it turned out!

Quack! Your cactus isn’t a cactus, it’s an African Milk Plant - it’s a succulent so it needs a fair amount of sun and isn’t quite as drought tolerant as cacti ❣️ I’m sure he’ll bounce back

Yes!! I think the space is easier to clean too now that it's so open. I feel like clutter can attract clutter, so even after a crazy few days of editing, cleaning up is much quicker and less hopeless
The desk is the star of this room! I absolutely want to do the same thing when I move out.

Honestly, I love your home decor videos more than most interior design or decor channels, and I think it's because your spaces are lived in and you've dropped the expectation of having every piece be 100% curated to a specific design style or colour theme. This mentality causes me a lot less anxiety and I'm not like "oh no in my grown up room I must get rid of my beloved figurines and knick knacks! they dont look like they belong on a pinterest board."

U live how humble you are, even though you basically had it all.
They made this space look so much bigger!!! Seeing the new makeover in your thunderstorm livestream, I honestly just kinda thought that it was a new room that we haven't seen yet. Needless to say, finding out that it was just your old dojo made over, and seeing the process, was mind blowing. It looks so good!!!
It's really so wild, the room has a tough configuration that was really such a challenge (which is why my neighbor was so stoked on it as well) and the sorry girls really crushed the space, and it feels so much longer and spacious

What a lovely, calming video! Redecorating can seem so daunting. It can seem overwhelming and expensive. There can also be this lingering shame, doubt and feeling of being less than. But this video so wasn't that! You and The Sorry Girls had such a wonderful approach to redesigning your space. A sense of understanding, kindness and gentleness. Super motivating.
