Man those Indian instruments are worse than they sound. The springs are brittle and snap. The spit valve will come off eventually and can't be reattached because it is made of pot metal. Also I haven't been seeing any of your content in my subscription feed for some reason so it is nice to see you are well.
Thein Trumpets are wonderful! My best friend plays a Thein and he loves it (and i do as well). He had the opportunity to visit their shop to test different instruments and i envy him so much XD doesn´t surprise me that you love this instrument
Ahhhhhhhhh I'd been waiting for this one! Brendan is a wonderful human being, and knowing that's his instrument gives this video a very small world feel.
In Germany, many professional use this wonderful brand. Do you have any idea about how is the part you introduice the mouthpiece in made ? There is a screw there ? There is no mouthpiece reciever ? Like rotary valve trumpet. No worries about gap ? What would you say the advantages are ? Thank you
Hi Trent Hamilton! There is this new thing I've found on the internet called the 'pTrumpet'. it's a plastic trumpet and so far reviews have been quite positive about it. I suggest you have a look!
The Ridge wallet is a joke, you might just as well just use a single rubber band around your cards, to get the same result.....$5K for that horn is way overpriced, stick to vintage professional grade horns, they climb in value, this one reviewed will not.......
MASSIVE thanks to the Ridge Wallet for sponsoring this video. Check them out at www.ridge.com/TRENTH and Use Code “TRENTH” for 10% off your order
When you play that instrument bell-less, it still sounds better than the Indian trumpet.

@@nicholasneyhart396 I am still alive. I mostly do random live-steams these days. I can't compete with genius's like Trent!
That quietest dynamics blew me away. I could never do that on my horns
I was crazy how quiet and controlled I could play with this.
@@TrentHamilton Hi Trent, what is the name of the demo you played

12:55am here in Minnesota US. Thanks for another good show!
Trent that has to be the prettiest trumpet sound I have ever heard you make! You sound really good on it!
5:46 dang it sounds like it’s vibrating so freely
Brilliantly made and brutally wonderful. Love it!
I love the continuity beard in the sponsor segment.
I have never heard of this brand but I loved the sound you got from that trumpet!
They are one of the smaller manufactors in the world, but believe me, those horns from these small brands are the greatest in the world!
There was a chap at USM that played a Thein Trombone. He had a lovely sound. Good review!
The trumpet sounds soooo good
I’m currently sick with a cold with fever. His videos always cheers me up! Thanks trent
That beard is looking GOOD!
Make sure you keep all of your fingers down during trills! It’s pretty easy to have the fingers that are held down start to come up while trilling.
Holy crap Trent you're getting skinny

@@TrentHamilton oh great, thanks
I have a Harrelson custom trumpet also heavy at 1.2kg!
These are like golden unicorns in the USA.
Never heard of this brand. It sounds great :)
quite famous and well known in Germany
High quality brand, but quite expensive.
0:13 Bearded Trent, 0:32 Clean-shaven Trent ?, 1:28 Bearded Trent !? Whaaaa....? How?
Flipa como suena, igualita que otras chinas que muestras.
Saludos!!
You need to try a Monette Rajna!
peeled cow gets me every time
Thein is interesting because there bass and contrabass trombones look amazing but that price tag.
Shoutout to Brendan, killer player and purveyor of many fine soprano brass
If I ever make it to NZ, best believe I'll try and bring a couple G bugles!
Are those valves noisy, or did someone just pass by on a motorbike?
The description almost excactly applies to the old Connstellation copy ("Concord"), that I just got for a fraction of the price...
Next do a review of a Thein Trombone
Those are like $6,000 dollars or more.
@@mr.starfish4965 if you get one for 6.000, then it's rather cheap for them if ypu buy them New.
Did ridge pay you to shave?
tbqh beardless trent is kinda handsome imho
Nice
Sounds like a old school Bach
Never been this early
Damn you lost some weight!
