In this video I take on the HARDEST mode in Fortnite: UNREAL ranked solos, BUT, with a twist. Most of us started our Fortnite journeys with Old-Gen consoles like the PS4 and Xbox One. Well, is it still possible in 2024 chapter 5 Fortnite, to compete at the highest level on those same consoles? That's what we find out in this video, enjoy!

Hi Carter love your videos just started playing Fortnite on controller (Scuf Envision Pro) I am looking for a comprehensive place to find best controller bind configurations. I have watched your videos on binds but I keep running into videos about needing multiple buttons configured for faster editing is this true?
people either use confirm on release set to both or double edit binds. I prefer confirm on release because it's a lot easier + still fast

Bro, I play on PS4, on a wireless connection about 4 ft away from my tv, am 54 yrs old, and making Diamond was a STRUGGLE... The delay is insurmountable against any other players on pc from Gold-onward... great vid, thanx for brining all of this to light for us PS4 die-hards! ✌🐗

🔥 Thanks Carter2K for feeling bad for me cause im still stuck on ps4 😢 😆 But also thanks for making feel better about my gameplay, because you sound just like me when I play. "O, I couldn't see them" Can't tell what kind of gun when landing. The reaction flick input lag aim. Seems like other players just move, react, & can see faster. N worse of all, we can't tell we took damage until we been taking damage from a few shots already. If that makes sense lol . Plus the way to win is to play aggressive Dragon style. Surprise & shoot them first. & Also Yes that's why we old gen console players bushcamp. Cause when we try to sweat ; raising our actions per minute/seconds the PS4 just gives up lol n won't input what we input . We have to pause n let the game catch up with out fingers. It's so sad & annoying 😢😭 😂

I’ve been playing on PlayStation 4 slim since chapter 1 season 7 when I got my first console. I find it very difficult and I want to try and get earning but I’ve just came to a complete skill cap because I’m stuck on it and can’t afford anything better.
Even playing on 80 fps on my pc increases my skill by like 50% I feel you I can't imagine how cracked I would be on 120 or more

Fun fact: Console versions on fortnite originally ran at 30 fps until season 3 which is why people were so bad during these seasons
I play ps5 120 fps on a 240hrts monitor 20-30 ping and I find it hard to compete with pc player sometimes watched this video as I want to try and get to champions on my switch or ps4 but it looks so unplayable
