Hi .... I have DJI Matrice 300 RTK. I am facing same issue, its maximum altitude is 1500 meters but its is not going above 500 meters, can you have any trick for matrice 300 rtk as well. It has built-in screen with remote.

There is problem if connect to rainbow app with I am unable to connect to DJI fly app and if I connect my drone to DJI fly app I am unable to connect rainbow app please help😭😭
I did not try Rainbow app yet but had used Litchi and DroneLink apps side by side along with DJI fly app. All 3rd party apps still need DJI native app to be installed in the phone because they all use the DJI API to fly the drone. The issue is that when you use one app, it looks like it exclusively locks the drone so that another app at cannot access/control it simultaneously. What I used to do is killing the app which is running already and then invoke the other app while the drone is still in air. It seems scary but worked for me all the times. The aircraft will hold its position as long as your controller is powered on no matter the app crashes or you closed it intentionally. But if your controller turned off, it will invoke the RTH (Return to Home) after a few seconds because the drone cannot communicate with the controller . So what I realized that the drone can still see the controller even without any app. The apps are only needed you to see and control the drone. Closing the app in midflight is perfectly safe.

Prob is if rainbow app crashes during your flight .. drone will suddenly start descending from whatever height to 15m and can crash.

500 meter on paper but it goes upto only 140-150 meter after that signal drops. But you have to use old DJI FlyApp version.
