Love the recipe. You need to dial down the music. It's goo, but too loud. Also, many of us would not be able to find Snow pea tips, so what would be a suitable substitute? Thank you and I do enjoy your videos.

I was trying to listen to the music but there was some guy who kept talking in the background, very distracting and inconsiderate.
(Seriously, love hearing you talk Mr. Zimmern, this vid would be 100% better if the music was just faded out quickly at the beginning.)

Great looking recipe, but can barely hear you and suggest tone down the background music or remove it altogether. Food looks absolutely delicious.

Great video; however, that guy whistling in the soundtrack got pretty annoying.
Bad technique. Black pepper was not distributed evenly throughout dish. Should have put pepper in sauce and stirred well to distribute. And I agree with other comments, wok was way overcrowded. Love Andrew but this was not 1 of his best videos on wok cooking
