Yup, and this song 25 years later you'll appreciate even more, it just gets stronger and stronger the more time goes on. Like all Fear Factory, Burton C Bell the vocalist is like decades ahead of his time on the lyrics.
In the early 1990s, long before cell phones & GPS were readily available, I got lost going to a concert and couldn't find my way out. I ran into these guys at a gas station and asked for help. "Oh, we're going there," they told me and pulled out directions written out with a marker. After I copied the directions, one of the guys said, "If you want, ask for (whatever the manager's name was) and you can come back stage." I was surprised. Which band are you guys? "Fear Factory," they told me. I had JUST bought their first album. And I had no idea they were playing because they weren't even on the bill. Apparently, they were a last second replacement for Clutch.
On of my favourite fear factory songs. And your right the sample is from T2. Saw fear factory live for the 3rd time live two days ago better than ever. Great reaction mate. Going through your ff reactions loving it thank you sir
I'm sure some have pointed it out, but yes it was samples from t2. The entire album is a concept album of man vs machine, with the machines winning. A lot of people attribute this album to the creation of industrial metal, and some still argue that Fear Factory was the first band to mix harsh and clean vocals, giving way to bands such as slipknot
Immersion (Piss Christ) is a 1987 photograph by the American artist and photographer Andres Serrano. It depicts a small plastic crucifix submerged in a small glass tank of the artist's urine. The piece was a winner of the Southeastern Center for Contemporary Art's "Awards in the Visual Arts" competition, which was sponsored in part by the National Endowment for the Arts, a United States Government agency that offers support and funding for artistic projects.

Byzantine's cover of this is fucking great brought their spin to it without losing the original feel of the song
Absolutely, this is the biggest issue I have with FF now, how will their lyrics be without Bell?
Not to worry. Dino has always had the vision and the creativity of the music. Milo is killing it on the touring.

My fave ff song. It’s about a piece of art that was displayed showing a crucifix in a jar of piss. And yeah they used terminator samples.
Burton forever!🤘

Great song 👍
Pisschrist was a piece of artwork that featured chist on the cross in a glass of piss (actual urine) and there was a big protest against it.
Their tracks Edgecrusher, Smasher/Devourer and Linchpin. Put them on your Fear Factory list to react to next.
Dude fear factory: Christploitation
Please it’s their heaviest songgg fast doubles you won’t regret it
Pretty good!
The other great anti christ Fear Factory song is Christploitation. Fantastic track with also great lyrics.
