In practice some unit trusts in Zambia have faced bankruptcy where investors monies have been lost or recovery of capital has been protacted. I rank unit trusts as medium to high risk.
True. That's why extensive research should be conducted before you invest your hard earned money.

@Mukonki Mukonkela Your explanations has always been great. I am a great admirer of the work you are doing and I listen to you very often. You are a fountain of knowledge on Investment and it’s related issue. Today, I also have a question which on your video on BONDS you didn’t address. The world is in Crisis and what has made it worse after COVID is the Russia Ukraine War. Economic giants like the U.K., France and almighty Germany are almost in recession. Now my question on BONDS. Can the Government say it wants to renegotiate on Government Bonds as we are in Crisis it is converting for the next 3/5 years all coupons to 0%? I will leave my question this simple. Thanks and hope to listen or hear to your answer pretty soon.
