Fat loss is the ultimate version of looksmaxing. This is the only kind of looksmaxing that really transforms your looks.
imagine not being 10-15% bf in today's time
@@darkbys1de that's like living life on 'Impossible' mode
I am 12 percent
@ that's good bro, 10-12% is ideal
@@TheLimitIessMan thank you bro is there any need for me to get leaner or no?
@@Haidar_Fadel If you can see your abs, definitely not. Being too lean is not healthy.
spitting straight facts!
Im 77.8 kg 177.5cm, 20-23% bf
And im so motivated to become 13-15% i hope my expectations aren’t too high and I don’t become let down
@@rRT_1 I'm about your height 178 and weigh around 85kg, I'd say I'm like 13-15% body fat so you can definitely achieve that if you dial in your nutrition, training and sleep. Good luck
@ 85kg 178cm? you must be an absolute unit. I actually started from 81.5 kg, I’m not muscular but there’s enough there to cut down (my goal is 71kg)
@@rRT_1 yeah. I'd say I'm quite close to my natural limit. So now I'm just maintaining my muscle mass and trying to stay lean. You got this bro, mindset is everything.
@ thanks
@@TheLimitIessMan youre nowhere near your natty limit, and 13 percent bodyfat? youre closer to 16 percent. go look at someone like tnf or even jeff nippard, theyre truly close to their limit.
trying to leanmaxx while keeping my insane physique, I'm almost there, I think 13-16 % bf rn
@@kishan2239 keep going bro, you're close to ascension
@@TheLimitIessMan ty bro, good luck on your journey aswell
Hey mate, got a question. I'm making the effort to eat healthier, but I'm not sure about how strict I should go when it comes to eating clean. I've pretty much started avoiding junk food for a while, and only having a small bite (eg one biscuit) if I do decide to have one occasionally. Am I overdoing it? Great vid by the way, leaving a sub
Glad to hear you're putting in the effort. I think it's good you're cutting out junk and if you find that allowing yourself to indulge every once in a while helps with staying on track, then it's fine. Ultimately though, I find if you avoid junk long enough, you stop craving it and you crave heathier foods. Atleast thats how it works for me. Thanks for the support!
To anyone over 15% bf tryna build muscle cut to 10-12 first then lean bulk
I've heard that getting lean can make you look older. How do you avoid that ?
That's only if you get to a really low single digit bodyfat % like under 6%. You'd have to be dieting like a bodybuilder prepping for a show to achieve this level so unless you're starving yourself, you probably won't get to that low of a bodyfat.
@@TheLimitIessMan Thank you so much. I think I just got bf % with BMI. I forgot that they're totally different things. I get friendzoned all the time by girls. All what I hear is that I'm sweet and cute. There is no raw attraction and I wanna change that.
@ No problem bro. Once you get lean, you'll be the one friendzoning girls ;)
185 cm 90 kg 20+% body fat have muscles but don't wanna lose strength by sliming down
It's worth it bro, aesthetics over strength
Go on a dedicated cut, get to the bf percentage you desire, and muscle memory will allow you to regain strength quickly. Also, the slower you cut the less muscle you will lose. Trust me it’s worth it.
my body fat is 15%
You're at a good starting point, now just gotta get down to 10-12% and reap the rewards
15 percent body fat is pretty healthy. If you like how you look at that level, stop there. If you want to go further, you will probably look even better.
Lean is law only long run. You need to bulk in the short term. Don’t tell me you get you 87kg physique without bulking. I am sure you bulked to get it
I mean you're right, skinny guys do need to bulk up to gain muscle mass but eventually once they reach their desired muscle mass, just maintain at that point and stay lean.
TRUEEEEEEEE
I'm glad you agree Holy Father
