An Indian Veg and Fusion type Fast food has been in my mind after seeing a lack thereof in Lisbon / Porto during my recent trip. May I know the name of the restaurant the person from US has opened and what city it is in? I am even open to the idea of an absentee owner meaning if i can find a local person / someone capable of running and managing it that I can invest. I did notice that there is a good ROI on such a venture considering the cost of food in restaurants. Any insight on operating a mobile food stall operating off a food truck or such, the licenses required for such businesses, restrictions etc.
