1/2 cup /80 g refined flour 1/4 cup /60 g curd / dahi
1/4 cup /45 ML oil
1 tsp /3 g baking powder
Oil for frying
For Sugar syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
pinch of saffron (optional)
