Egg fried is a tasty and nutritious option when you have left over rice and vegetables. This is a simple yet very easy to make recipe.

Garlic ------------------------- 1 1/2 tsp
Ginger -------------------------1 tsp
Onion --------------------------1/4 C
Beans-------------------------- 1/8 c
Carrot-------------------------- 1/3 C
Capsicum --------------------1/8 c
Cabbage---------------------- 3/4 C
Eggs -----------------------------3
Soy sauce ---------------------3 tsp
Oyster sauce -----------------1 tsp
Pepper powder--------------- 1/2 tsp
Sugar------------------------------ 1/2 tsp
Salt ---------------------------------1/4 or to taste
Vinegar---------------------------1 tsp
Cooked rice ---------------------3 c
Spring onion --------------------few
