@@the_Abandon we got out to Tracy Ridge a few weeks ago. That place has just so peaceful. I have to get there more often... Can't wait to see what you get up to when the weather cools
2:50 Used to backpack near here as a kid. Never paid (couldn't afford it) but will get around to paying it forward next time I'm around now that I'm older. We had a ranger ask if we paid one time and we told them we just got to camp and they let us go, but they will fine you if they find you there the next morning without docs for your site.
I’ve never even seen a ranger out there, i bet a bunch of people don’t pay. For what it is, I’ll gladly pay; someone’s gotta maintain the out house’s! Haha. Cheers buddy!
Hi. I'm a new subscriber from Buffalo N.Y. I have a story to tell you. I just got back from camping at Allegheny. We stayed in a cabin in Quaker on Bear Ridge trail. We spent 7 days and my friends made it miserable for me. Super sucked that all the rules they put on me. Long ass story. . . . . .
No issues yet! No bears to worry about here down south, just spiders and snakes really. This trip was in a bear area, but have never had an issue. We try not to leave a lot of food smell around and burn any scraps.
I actually think the site sign number was missing and i believe we guessed/figured it to be 8, but there’s only really one flat site at this place and this was it.
Nice dude good to see you back out there its still looking good !
Great spot, no one’s ever there! Haha cheers.
Glad to see ya again!
Thanks! It’s starting to get into camp season again, so hopefully I’ll be back sooner than later.
Good to see you back! Glad it was a good one
Felt great to be back! When it’s gets cooler I’ll be getting out more down south. It’s been like over 100 heat index lately so no freaking way!

I miss Tracy ridge, can’t find a campground that’s almost always empty like that one is down here!
@@the_Abandon I hope you find it man! Definitely feel lucky having that place close

What happened? Sorry you had a bad time😢.
No issues with bears and your coolers? I know there are lots of them down there.
