    Flax egg - Flax egg helps to bind the mixture. It is made from a combination of ground flax seeds and water.𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐨 𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐚 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬, 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐱, 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭.
    Quinoa Flour - Quinoa flour absorbs the moisture and ensures that your broccoli tots hold together as they cook. Personally I like to roast the quinoa flour before using to remove its bitterness. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐨 𝐬𝐮𝐛 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐩𝐞𝐚 𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐚𝐭 𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐚 𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐫.
    Nutritional yeast - It’s a deactivated yeast that has a cheese-like flavor. It comes in the form of dry flakes, or a powder. Nutritional yeast is low in calories, has no fat, cholesterol or sodium, and is a friendly option for the lactose-intolerant.     4 heaped cups ( 300 gm) broccoli florets
    1/2 cup thawed green garbanzo
    2 flax eggs (2 tablespoons flax seed meal + 6 tbs warm water) or 2 tbsp chia seeds 4 tbsp warm water
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 cup nutritional yeast or Parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup quinoa flour or buckwheat or chickpea flour
    Salt and black pepper to taste
    Handful of Cilantro stems
