Luxembourg is beautiful. I have family in Limpertsberg and Kirchberg. They always say it’s the best decision they made. I hope you have a smooth transition and, wish you both well on your future endeavours. Thank you for talking about such important issues, that many would rather avoid. As it’s people like you, that help make positive change. As lovely as SK is, important changes must be made. Realistically this won’t be implemented any time soon. The medical sector is brilliant for those whom are financially stable etc. However the working class citizens have near to no resources. Hence SK, MH related S rates are one of the highest to date. The widespread arrogance only aids keeping real life issues/scenarios a taboo subject. We meet to many young gents whom finish their mandatory services. Who suffer in silence as they have no one to talk/turn to. Sadly ends up snowballing into serious MH related conditions. Abortion rates are high amongst unmarried young ladies, as the consequences would effect their child the most. These are some basic rights all humans should have access to. The current state of my neck of the woods - is a hot mess. Luxembourg is definitely at the top of our list. 🇬🇧Is no longer a country we want to raise our young family. It’s starting to get like that here in America.My husband will be at full retirement age in 8 years it’s not going to be enough for us to live off comfortably.Each job I leave I took my 401k now I have nothing for 9 yrs total dependent on my husband for benefits for the rest of my life.Disability said husband can take care of me with what he makes smh since our children is grown. When you have health issues and a husband the system denies you getting benefits. This is why so many families struggle here. Best of luck to you both.
