0:00 - Introduction and discussion of the death meditation
    Settling into the meditation:
10:15 - briefly sitting in silence
11:12 - relaxing into the body
16:05 - noticing the delight of withdrawing into the refuge within (“your private little cave”, safe from the world and its problems)
20:10 - final preamble to the death contemplation (including permission to stop anytime if you get upset)
20:59 - beginning the actual meditation/visualization, by imagining oneself alone in a room...

This one had me weeping. The weep when you are falling in love and you see the beauty of life around you. Then the wave of letting go. It was the first time I've done this meditation. Thank you and love 💖🙏💖🙏💖🙏

I was suprised during this meditation, I always think that in the moment of dying I will feel scared and anxious, but thinking about it I actually felt a very beautiful peace.

This was lovely! Difficult at the beginning & gradually coming to terms with your own death. A unique meditation experience indeed for me! Thank you so much Ajahn Brahmali 🙏🙏

at 09:10 ajahn brahmali mentions that skillfully letting go allows for a *good death* instead of *good rebirth* ー that's profound indeed … sadhu sadhu sadhu!

I just noticed how much Ajahn Brahmali looks like Laurence Olivier.

Very strange but there is no fear only letting go. Making inside empty peace and relief there 🙏Thanks🙏🌺
