Some scorpio risings give off that vanity vibe. Some of them seem really into themselves. It must be that Leo midheaven. When they want someone's attention they demand it sort of like a Leo. I have Scorpio Rising, and Lilith both in 1st house, Sun in Aquarius, Venus in Pisces. Every since I can remember ppl are drawn to me and when I'm intimate I can feel their soul melding with mine.
