The best thing is to buy a car and take Return to Invoice option always . Use steering lock rod (heavy duty) , in case if you have automatic car bcz no gear lock and steering to pedal lock rod.
1)weld a sturdy pipe on the mouth of the lock and weld the key to a rod for access through the hole of the pipe. 2) you can weld your way through home made contraptions for steering, pedals, wheels, house locks etc 3) without powertools it is as fool proof as it gets, especially against lock pickers.

How do the thieves manage to steal a push button start/stop type cars? Since these come with immobilizer & without the unlock code(rolling code, keeps changing) from original key, ECU will not allow the engine to start.
