this is brilliant mate. the consistantly is the key. it teaches you to stay slower for longer and in the long run it makes you run faster. :) im in for london next year as i had to cancel this year.

Good man takes some doing. I think it’s probably harder than doing an actual marathon having to self motivate no one cheering on no one to hold you accountable, shows true grit and determination 💥
