Hello Scott, I have a couple questions about how to do this. I want to show my wife the info, but would like more info on the process steps. Should a lawyer be involved, title check? Besides the website to contact sellers, are there more stuff a person should be wary about doing this kind of thing. I've heard you say on one of your videos, that some lots are bought site unseen. Do you feel I should go see a lot first or is everyone background checked to know they are not scamming someone?
Always ck out in person, also talk to the county and neighbors for possible restrictions.
These are just standard M/L listings. Go to any of the sites get almost the same thing. But seems like you tack on for listing these?

Is my calculator broken? You’re touting these FL properties as cheap, but listing 268786, for example, is damn near $115,000 per acre!
That’s a screw job in ANY state!
Hate to tell you, but stuff is expensive - compare these prices with Owner Financing to what you find on say Realtor which is cash and you will see these are really good deals.
