Wonderful exhibit. My son recently joined the Army, my oldest son is a carer Civil Servant Oncology nurse. I was in the Submarine Navy 25 years, my father was in the Air Force 27 years in Korea and Vietnam, I had three uncles in Army, Navy and Marine Corps during WWII. I also had three cousins also in the Army, Navy and Marine Corps, two nephews in the Navy. My grandfather was in the Navy prior to WW1 separated from the Navy and joined the Army during WWI. So far, my dad and I are the only careerists, but everyone served with honor. I lost one uncle in WWII.
I watched this video tonight Tyler and was awed! This was a wonderful thing you did. I spent 20 years in the Air Force finally retiring in 1991. I spent 13 of those years overseas, both sides of the pond. I "lived" through an era where the military was heavily frowned upon. In fact when I retired finding a job with a military background was pretty well nil. So when I see something like what the lady in the interview has done, and you videoing and airing it I find that lump in my throat. Thank you
