I may not be in kuwait but I read every news and I have been looking for a visa sponsorship to work in kuwait for a long time and i have not find one because I don't have much money to do a normal visa

I Have a question my dear, and the question is, How do Kuwait salary scale work?. Take for instance I get a job for 100kd, will I earn this 100kd for a 4years contract. Or do salary increase per period of time. If so please expatiate more on when and how salaries are increased.
