Recently, I was watching a discussion by SDAs on what Ellen White believe on the Trinity. I saw In bold writing by Ellen White these words “Christ, is not God Almighty”. Personally, even before I read what Ellen White wrote I was a non-Trinitarian.
This is a very interesting aspect of Adventist history. My question is: Who is authorized to guide & speak for the church? What mechanism exists to deal with those leaders who might act wrongly? Unless we know who's authorized to make & implement decisions, division is inevitable. Right?

I think you may need to watch the video again especially that part about Moses. We know that all have sinned and come short of the glory of God individually as well as collectively (corporately). God's solution has always been the same. Repentance and conversion. "Repentance includes sorrow for sin and a turning away from it. We shall not renounce sin unless we see its sinfulness; until we turn away from it in heart, there will be no real change in the life." SC 23. First we need to see that something is sin whether it is individually (it always begins individually) and as a people. Once we see the real sinfulness of sin, then we will become sorry as it crucifies our Savior afresh. We need to come to Jesus just as we are for power to repent (as repentance is a gift from God.). "Just here is a point on which many may err, and hence they fail of receiving the help that Christ desires to give them. They think that they cannot come to Christ unless they first repent, and that repentance prepares for the forgiveness of their sins. It is true that repentance does precede the forgiveness of sins; for it is only the broken and contrite heart that will feel the need of a Saviour. But must the sinner wait till he has repented before he can come to Jesus? Is repentance to be made an obstacle between the sinner and the Saviour?" SC 26. There is a proper place for such repentance. "True confession is always of a specific character, and acknowledges particular sins. They may be of such a nature as to be brought before God only; they may be wrongs that should be confessed to individuals who have suffered injury through them; or they may be of a public character, and should then be as publicly confessed. But all confession should be definite and to the point, acknowledging the very sins of which you are guilty." SC 38. Then there needs to be a change. That means whatever the problem in the church was, that needs to be stopped not continued. Now apostasy in the church does not make it Babylon as there are certain doctrines that make up Babylon. However, there is a danger of remaining in a Laodicean condition. There is a warning if that continues. 16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. Revelation 3:16. And what does it mean to be spewed out? "The figure of spewing out of His mouth means that He cannot offer up your prayers or your expressions of love to God. He cannot endorse your teaching of His word or your spiritual work in anywise. He cannot present your religious exercises with the request that grace be given you." 6T 408. That is the warning. that is why we are all called upon to repent before it is too late
The S.D. A. Pioneers never taught Righteousness by Faith, they indeed taught that we are Justified by our Faith. But we must receive The Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ in order to receive His Righteousness. Our Faith contains no Righteousness. Who do you identify is The Holy Spirit? Only that will determine whether God see’s you as Righteous. Jesus Christ is man’s only Righteousness.

No. Ellen White taught that the Trinity was a heretical understanding of the Father and the Son. The early Adventist all came out of religions that had beliefs in the Trinity and found no support for that doctrine in the Bible and so abandoned that doctrine.
But the Holy Trinity existed. It had not come out only when necessary. As the Homy Bible has been written about the incidents that called for them. The Father when Jesus was baptized. Jesus when he said if you have seen me you have seen the Father, and when Jesus was on the cross and said, “Eloi Eloi Llama Sabatani, My God, God, Why have you forsaken me?” And then when Jesus was risen the Holy Spirit appeared to the disciples as fire on their heads. There was also the burning bush to Moses, and the pillar of fire during the Exodus at the Exodus.
The Trinity only exists in the Bible if one reads an already held/believed doctrine into what is written. The Trinity came into existence as a doctrine in the early Roman Church aka Catholicism and is philosophical, not biblical, in origin. If it were biblical in origin God would have indicated it clearly yet it is never mentioned. The presence of the Spirit of God at Jesus’ baptism does not mean that Spirit is a separate person - it is the Spirit of God. The same can be said for the other examples given; there is no reason to create another person/entity to explain what is occuring. The Sabbath is the seventh day of the week more commonly known as Saturday. There are three great powers that rule in heaven and make up the God head, the father, the son and the holy spirit.
