The key advantage Emmanuel Muiday and D'Angelo Russell have over other guards is their size. Both being 6'5" with the ability to see over the defense and make quick reads with their passing prowess. They're going to dominate the league in their coming years. I don't see many guards who will be able to defend them.

Mudiay is one of the most uncanny passers I've ever seen
He reminds me of Magic Johnson
Mudiay's court vision is already at the level of a perennial Allstar point guard.
To be honest depending on the all star guard he could already be at a much higher level than some of the previous all star guards (regarding court vision), but depends who you are comparing him with. But he's gonna be one hell of a player and I think this year is his breakout year, and next year we'll be competing for a 2nd round exit from the playoffs (2018) and then in 2019 we should be making runs for the finals or at least western conf. finals.
