I supported this Kickstarter project; been enjoying the set so far. Besides the carafe, kettle & scale, they throw in Chemex-style filters. Because the carafe is voluminous, I use it for company. For just me, I stick to the small Hario V02 carafe.

I think the idea is cool. But… it’s really just a Stainless steel chemex. And it still has the same design flaws that a chemex has.
Not to say chemex can’t make great coffee.
