Unpopular opinion, but I love Karan and love watching him. He is charismatic, has great stage presence, eloquent, smart and has good eye for television🌟🌙The reason why he gets hate is because he knows how to capture attention. He seems like real TV-persona, i.e eye-catching colorful unique personality✨❤️✨

The best conversation with Karan Johar I ever heard. The way he has opened up about his childhood, his insecurities, depression, inferiority complexity, his consultation with psychologist, treatment, feminism, public speaking, jealousy, ambition, his fame and anxieties , his vulnerabilities at large even after such a successful career ; hats off to you and Karan. It has changed my perception about him. I could never imagine that he has also faced so many problems, anxieties and humiliation like a common human human being.

I hope today parents help their children overcome their insecurities, be yourself in such escape and convenient excuse in my opinion. Children shouldn't be told what they can or can't do, they need to figure it out. Unless harm is involved, the uncertainty of what will happen later will always remain irrespective of who you're. I wish all of us breakthrough holding ourselves back to be a better version of ourself.

Faye, I am a first time watcher - when I watched this interview with Karan, I am reminded of the legendary American talk show host/Journalist Charlie Rose; you emulate the exact energy he does by asking the thoughtful questions that viewers want to ask themselves and hear the answers, and at the same time provide an atmosphere that make your guests such as Karan feel happy and comfortable as they share their life journeys. Well done! You have a new subscriber in me! Here's hoping Karan starts that film school, I think he would be fabulous doing that!

As a 90s kid, I want to thank Karan for giving us classics back then which we will cherish forever.
Over the years, i have also grown to hating homosexuality to accepting every human-being as equal.
That's what Karan has earned, though I hate it sometimes that his films never given any major roles to the poorer section of the society but that was early 2000s so, I hope in the years to come, every citizen of every strata gets his due in his films which can reach every audience.
In all, thanks for your service to art.

It finally felt great to see Karan (who i really admire a lot) as the person, the human he is minus the bling (monochromatic is probably working), the superficial questions. Karan said it just right - it felt like therapy !
The fact that u decided to go make up free and that there were no props & pretty things around,
brought the limelight & focus on just u and Karan ...
The black cloth on table and the black screen behind , really did wonders !
Really glad to see Karan on a show like this with absolutely no 'bling' around !!!
Plz keep doing more such podcasts !
It was extremely heartening to hear Karan acknowledge the fact that Bollywood is undergoing a creative crisis !!!
Eagerly waiting to see many more fresh faces of actors and actresses from non-filmy backgrounds under his banner !!
Kudos to Karan for opening up and just articulating his journey with such grace & grit !!!
