If you have prepared for ielts before then u don't need any special preparation for OET, just familiariae yourself with the exam pattern and what is expected of you. Go through the sample papers provided on their official website and that will be enough.

Yes, it is sufficient. There was a change of rules this year that the medical professionals are now able to use their OET results for Tier 2 visa application.
Does it matter to pass plab if u are a private Medical graduate from pak? and scores in medical school matter to get residency or not even to take ST??

You are right, I made a mistake and wasted time and money twice on IELTS. I should have gone for OET instead
Great video. I personally feel OET is much better as the chances of getting the required score is much higher. However it is more expensive than IELTS

In general I think it isn't required but it depends on the hospital's requirements whether they need it or not so you should contact them to confirm
