I lost my number in singles. :( I am going to try and get it back, though! I am currently trying to get a single match dominant nameplate for this season, so I have to keep improving if I hope to achieve that. It's tricky, because losing one match can set you back so far when you're in the upper ranks. I played fairly well for the night, and won a lot of matches, but yeah...still ended up at a net negative. Them's the breaks! Gotta keep working on it.

Thanks! I'll will try to get more than one at a time this season. It's tricky because my playtime is limited, but I sort of think it's easier to watch back.

I think this what's called an Elevator build. I mean, no disrespect to the other player... it's kind of like half of a fighting style. Add some aggression, some lateral jukes?
Anyway good fight.

Do you mean the two snails? Yeah, that's definitely elevatoring. It's both a type of build, and a style of combat. With the builds, typically, you want to go heavy on the armor (so snail it up) and then just go up real high and drop down. It's not quite as easy as it looks...but it's not super hard to do with a dedicated elevator build, and it's brutally effective. In particular, you have some built-in resistance to dual zim bots, and melee bots, since both start to struggle a bit with rapid elevation changes.
You can see me elevatoring in some of these newer videos. I've had to learn how, to fight against dual zim bots (particularly gorillas).
