squeeze you backside hard keeping your hips in a posterior tilt position as in when you're having s*x..it's the pushing in motion and hold that tight as well and hold that throught the entire motion. now round your back as in the cat pose to also help you not over arching your lower back! those are the 3 main points you need to remember and implement in your roll out and roll in in every repetition..coming back you picture a piece of rope pulling you up while squeezing your abs to do the actual work then you come back to where the wheel is directly below your shoulders! Never pull back with your hip as was demonstrated cause that will defeat the object..that is the perfect roll out! DO bend your arms slightly, they will anyway and the last thing you need is to have your concentration somewhere else than on your abs and the rest of everything mentioned that you should hold tight and keeping it like that throughout the entire motion! If you keep your arms straight you will engage your lats to a greater degree almost making it a lat exercise and taking more tension off your abs! my take..they'll probably both be hard but mine I think will be harder cause you are tensing and holding the 3 different places through the movement taking strength away from you but it will eventually be come second nature and you will adapt..

You are doing it wrong you supposed to pull back with your abs your core you are just coming back up using your arms. You are good at blagging it though.
