Have you done a video about echeveria care when it’s blooming?! I don’t think you have. Are these “death flower spikes”? Are you supposed to cut off the flower spike? I need help.
I haven't, but that's a great idea. Echeveria are not monocarpic (not death blooms), but I typically recommend cutting off the flowers unless you're trying to harvest seeds. The flowers tend to attract mealy bugs.

Do you think the jade with the long leaves is 'Pig's Ear"?
They do look similar, but it's not quite a match.
Take a picture of the original off of your video, if that works with your app. Better than none.
