I do not remember watching this one, but I like that you were addressing not only CSR and DSRs but the technicians as well. sharing with the team and techs. I believe there are a couple of takeaways they can afford to listen to..😁

This is definitely good stuff. I never really thought about asking my customers for a 2nd email as standard practice.

I'm being reviewed for sales within a year of employment with my current company and I pitched a 4900$ ticket and failed due to a 1 legger situation. One tip I got for everyone is INTRO INTRO INTRO. hang out. Talk to customer. Crack jokes sell yourself first. That's where I failed. And ask soft questions like the examples Mr service titan here said. It takes lots of practice

Doesn’t it waste more time to sit there for an hour typing up different options and detailing them to the customer when you can just have a solid price for an average system right off the bat? I offer mid tier 16 SEER right off the bat, 8/10 times they say yes and the ones who don’t I have a cheaper option I can do. I’m trying to factor in if it’s even worth taking the extra time to sell when I can move on to the next call after securing an already good priced sale

Hope sales are goin good man if I could give you advice from an installers perspective it might help a bit hope you see this, as an installer I don’t like a lot of salesman because they are there for money, if you take time to learn sales and hvac as well things will go a lot smoother, I loved when salesman would show up on a job for an hour or less to ask questions, learn their mistakes and improve on those mistakes, like he said sale yourself first along with your crew then sale the job, a lot of salesman over promise to customers which in return gets you a pissed customer I’m 21 but I’ve had my fair share of jobs and dealing with customers and salesman haha, be available and learn as much as you can and use that knowledge to get a ton of sales. Sorry for the rant hope this helps a bit 😂
