I have one and found that with the the standard carry handle, I shot high and the sights aren't adjustable. But Kel-Tec sells a pic rail and heat shield that you can replace the carry handle with. I mounted a Sig Romeo red dot on it and now I can hit point of aim.
Lay it on it's side with the ejection port facing you, lay the round in there and push it forward and load the bottom tube, flip it over and do it again. Piece of cake to load though not many have figured this out.
@@citizenpew if you can make a video showing the pdx's that would be great. I am curious to see the spread at home defense range, (like 10-15 feet). I can only shoot slugs at my range, so haven't been able to test the PDX's yet. 3 inch PDX's seem devasting though, prob most powerful home defense round right?
In 410? Ahhh ok fine I'll take it........LMAO!! surely like mine, pricing for 410 shells have seemed to go down a bit..so I purchased a bunch....and have been taking it with me to the range more often.. for some reason the right side tube loads so easy, but the left not as seamless.
Reloading the tubes are slow.., OK..., in an actual defensive situation if you've gone through 11(or 15) rounds and need to reload you've got one determined assailant after you that can do Matrix moves against your buckshot and/or you're a poor shot that didn't practice enough.
lol, we'd all hope that 11(or 15) rounds would be enough for anyone proficient, but as a review of this firearm, I'm compelled to point out various pro's and con's.
That or it’s a multiple home invader situation. You just need to practice the reloads. It’s doable. I picked up an OD green one and still working on my reloads
How does the Keltec KSG compare to the Escort Bullpup? handling, recoil, known issues? I am thinking about Keltec but Escort is like less than half of the price, would appreciate some advices from the experts here whom have perhaps tried both, thank you all!
I don't have an Escort Bullpup, but looking into it I only see a single mag tub. That appears to be the big difference, looks really close other than that, and for right at $200, not a bad price.
Just got 1 in a color called shimmer aluminum. Went on eBay and bought a 3D printed ammo caddy that holds 12 rounds. It goes under the rail in front of the carry handle. Uses the 1st and 3rd slot to hold it in place. 2nd slot is still open for a rail section so you can put a light on it (my next purchase).

NICE!! I just checked it out on their website, a future video with that rail is definitely coming in the near future! Thanks for the post!

I'll try that, I've only loaded it in hand the two times I've had it to the range now. Thanks!
I have this and the Mossberg 590 in .410. KSG is sweet. I have it loaded with 6+6 of 3 inch PDX1 defenders
I've actually never used the PDX1 Defenders, only the Hornady Defense rounds, I'll have to try those out.

Kel-Tec forever!
Great revue, just bought me one 😊
NICE!!
Love it. Bought one for my wife.

@citizenpew agreed 👍.

Is that ODG or FDE? Sweet shotgun!
ODG, it's pretty awesome!

Dear Kel-Tec, please make v2.0 support 45lc! Pleasepleaseplease!
That'd be cool, not sure what engineering nightmare that would be, but it would be cool.
I like it but I was thinking semi auto would be nice. Maybe remove I mag tube to make room for recoil system. I think 6 & 1would be ok.
I'd like to have a tube fed semi auto 410 one day for sure!
