I think you just need to read anythign you can get your hands on, for example blogposts like ‘LessWrong’, ‘Wait but Why’, or just any popular blogposts you an get your hands on. On books there is so many about everything, so that really is up to you. Maybe you could also listen to podcasts, for example The New York Times Book Review, Science Vs, Modern Wisdom, etc. Good luck!!
