So, Changeling gives all creature types (which are subtypes) to the creature it's on. Artifact is a card type, not a creature type. So, while Taurean Mauler is a Dalek (and a construct, a golem, a thopter, a myr, etc) and Daleks do tend to be artifact creatures, simply having the creature type "Dalek" doesn't automatically mean that Taurean Mauler is an artifact. You would need some other effect to turn it into an artifact. I've recently really started liking it when the big, stompy commander wins the game. I feel like tables have a tendency to unite against that player so the few times that player can overcome and take the game are refreshing. Congrats!
Just a couple of things: 1.) Dalek is pronounced like DAH-lek not DAY-lek (source: am a Brit) 2.) @7:57 - The dragon can choose to sacrifice a creature thanks to CR 701.53b. "While facing a villainous choice, a player may choose an option that is illegal or impossible. In that case, they perform as much of the action as is possible. This is an exception to rule 608.2d." Other than that, a fun little thing that you are doing.

That makes sense. Thanks.
That was such a great opening to your counters deck. Stinks you didn't get much white.
Yeah five color decks are always tricky in that regard. Your hand is always filled with the color you don’t have lol.
