  • Everything Ends In Tokyo | Our Last Full Day As A Group In Japan, Eating Food & Visiting Japan's Most Viral Bartender EP 39
    Hi Friends,
Not that anyone asked, but I feel incredibly fortunate in my short life to have seen the world from such a young age. I have cherished memories from Paris, the French countryside, and incredible experiences in India. My younger brother was born in India, I was born in Paris, and I got to see the world all before I was five years old. As a young kid, you don't realize how extraordinary this is or how it shapes your worldview, but now that I am older, I understand that so much of what drives me stems from my early travels.
These travels have been a huge part of my growth and have allowed me to become the person I am today. The experiences, the cultures, and the people I've met along the way have all contributed to my understanding of the world and my place in it.
I was even luckier to meet someone who had similar life experiences. She was born in Europe, moved to Zimbabwe, and then back to Europe. Her earliest life experiences shaped her profoundly. There is nothing greater than traveling to a new place, immersing yourself in a new culture, or learning a new language. This trip has been magical and has given me much to think about. I plan to spend a month or two in Japan after everyone leaves to truly immerse myself and reconnect with Japan.
If you ever have the chance to visit a new country, spend a month there, or even get a job in a new place, take the opportunity. Say yes to new adventures. Even if it doesn’t seem like the best idea at the time, it will pay off down the line. You just have to be open to the adventure.
I hope you are all having a great start to summer!
    -Max
