17 years ago, several years before their first album, I caught a very young Halestorm in August of 2005 playing third backup to Seether behind Dark New Day and Crossfade at Musikfest, Bethlehem, PA. I was not in the venue but I was drawn to the admission gate which was fairly far from the venue, by Lzzy’s powerful and fine voice. It was still early evening, the venue was hardly full and from what I could see, the people there were talking, joking around, and hardly paying any attention. Something just about any up and coming group is very familiar with. I’d show you the pix that someone took at that festival of the group and an unknown couple but I don’t know how to post it here. They were so young! Arejay looked like he was in middle school!

God, this show displays the amount of love and appreciation Lzzy and the band have for their fans. The 2 other supporting acts had to cancel. 99.5% of any other bands would’ve cancelled as well. Not Halestorm. They love their fans too much for that and decided to fly off the cuff for at least half the set. For the benefit of the fans. Love Lzzy and Halestorm, always and forever.
One of these days I will buy a meet and greet and thank them for all they have contributed to my life. Also, am I the only one throwing up horns and banging my head with nobody else in the room?

I think it's very temporary. COVID reasons and bands dropping out of the lineups. But man, they need to do a tour like this again. I've been saying that since 2017.
As Lzzy says right at the start of the show “unfortunately our friends in STP can’t join us tonight, we still live in the COVID age”. So their support act had to pull out because someone got sick, so they upped their setlist by adding the piano and acoustic segments.

My only complaint I'll ever have, seen them 4 times and always loved them, but my only complaint is 2 hour + show and only 3 songs from the first Album 😔

Yeah no. I saw them this year( 2022 )and it kicked ass but this is definitely special.
Sounds like you could have used The Warning earlier on in the tour. They could have done an hour show to open. Covid sucks.
