Hey Barry, it’s prolly similar to when Americans would say “you got me?” Or “ Do you understand what I’m trying say?”. That’s pretty much what “you see me” would mean. Kinda like how you would have a conversation with a friend or family member. This term wouldn’t necessarily be used in the workplace unless it’s over lunch or coffee.
Hope you kinda get what it means 🙂
